Our daughter loves Linetics! They could offer better customer service and actually respond to emails and phone calls. We did finally receive our order.
I edited this review on January 16, 2020. Please read the whole thing. Need better customer service! We ordered these magnetic sticks and balls from Linetics LLC Scottsdale AZ, for our daughter on December 11. We have been waiting 3 weeks and haven't received anything! They haven't responded to any of our emails asking about the status of our order. They never answer the phone 😡 and I have called several times! They charged our card for payment without even shipping our order. We asked for a refund since we never received anything, and they haven't responded at all. I am editing my original review because this company did eventually email us and ship our order which we received in good condition. Just 5 weeks later😬 but they said they were really swamped and had issues because of Covid lockdowns etc. So that's understandable. It would help if they didn't send 2 or 3 marketing emails a day during the weeks we were waiting for our order, but maybe those were automated so...

Linetics will not respond to inquiries about my order
I placed my order for Linetics 189 pcs. Ball and Sticks December 12. The order has never been shipped according to tracking info on Linetics website. They do not respond to emails and the phone number will not go through. A response from the company would be very much appreciated. Hopefully, this isn't the way Linetics conducts business and there is an explanation for the toy having never been shipped.

Ordered a product at the beginning of December. They advertise fast shipping and delivery. However almost 4 weeks later my order still hasn't shipped, they don't answer emails and the tel number doesn't seem to exist. Awfull experience.

I ordered "magic sticks and balls" from Linetics on Dec 11. They advertise shipping within 5 days, and said that even in the holidays the maximum time it would take is two weeks. I have yet to receive the products, and Linetics has not responded to any of my messages, and the phone number on their website is not a real number.
