I wish I'd read the reviews. I order a product as a Christmas gift on Dec. 3. 2020. It is now June 11,2021, and I have heard nothing. they posted $79,48 to my VISA but have not answered any of my emails, nor refunded my money. I'm a senior on a fixed income and really resent being treated like this. What a scam. I can't afford to lose money to thieves like Linetics. I hope they get their just desserts at some point.

Buyer Beware!!! As many others I should have read the reviews and not gotten sucked into this scam! I placed my order on January 9th 2021 and we are still waiting delivery. I tried to contact them and non of the emails can be delivered. Total scam! Don't get duped! I lost $156 and my Grandson never got his birthday present.
And the company has now changed its name to Konnetixs Still same company same bad service no response to emails.

Ordered in December. Still haven't received it. The email addresses that I received replies from when I sent a request for a refund are no longer valid addresses (emails returned). Definitely a scam. Said the package was on the way. Couldn't refund until I received the package and then returned said package. Don't order from them.

I ordered two sets from Linetics on Nov.22 2020 , for Christmas presents . The track information did not work . I have written to them on several occasions . My last correspondence with them was Feb12 2021 . They stated that I should be receiving my order shortly . Today is April 17 2021 , no merchandise, or refund .

This company is all Froud, they got my money and did not send me my order, i sent the money on Dec. 5th and have been fighting with them since, but they did not reply to my email, and they are not answering their phones. i have written them about 70 emails asking them for the remaining of my order, but no one reply or call me back. could someone tell me what company is this. Robbers. i wish i could get my money back from them.

Total scam, ordered of 25/11/20 and have received multiple excuses and offers to purchase more but still no product, was meant to be a Christmas present and all it is, is a scam of the first order.

Scammers: Placed an order in December, after several requests for an update, they printed a USPS shipping label but never shipped anything (it is now late March). They refused to send a refund and no longer acknowledge emails. They do send frequent promotional emails to entice new sales. Never!

When I finally received my order, it turned out to be a winner with my granddaughter. I have to be fair. I was very unhappy with the extremely slow delivery. However, I did finally get the product and my granddaughter really enjoys making things with the bars and balls. If they shipped faster, I would give them a 5.

I placed an order in mid-December 2020, it is now mid-March 2021. We STILL have not received the item ordered. Even though the product seems kinda cool...the company is seems like a scam!! I want my money back!!!!

Total scam. Do not buy

Ordered in November, it’s now March. Item never showed up, no call service for phone, keep receiving the same email, saying they’re running behind. My order number always said ‘not found’. Now the website is showing that it’s been shut down. So disappointing.

I ordered on Dec 9th and to date have had no communication from them (4.3.21). This support email isn't valid as I've gotten nothing back either.
Paid over €85 dollars for Xmas gift :(
I keep getting promo offers for them too - really annoying!

I ordered a set of 189 pieces of Linetics Magical Sticks and Balls from Linetics on January 7th 2021. They took my payment of 79.90USD immediately. I have yet to receive my order, yet I have been bombarded with their promotional emails and (lately) texts (I never gave permission to them to do so). I have demanded that either my order be delivered or my money back, but I am Canadian, so I have no idea what else I can do. Nobody is responding, Alessia (who kept sending the promo emails) seem to have disappeared. This is highway robbery plain and simple.

I ordered in December. Have been lied to, dozens of times, ever since. CALL THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS office people- this is mail fraud once they took money from others outside AZ, and they should be shut down and charged criminally. Stop begging them to perform, enough complaints to the Arizona AG that there is a criminal enterprise in their state, they have to pull their license

This company took my money and sent bogus shipping info to me. I feel they scammed me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Ordered last Nov. 17/20. Was supposed to be a Xmas present. Never received it, wrote them countless times about the order and now are not even responding. DO NOT ORDER THE PRODUCTS.

Got a txt on 2/23 from the same number linetics used but under a new name Konnetixs LLC.

They have no shame and they are not even hiding that they are the same since the txt has reference to Lineticsllc website.

Hope they don't fool anyone with the new name.

Scam. Ordered early December. Have not received product. They never kept me updated and, upon inquiring where my product was, mentioned it was being produced at the factory. That was over a month ago.
