**Disappointing experience with…
**Disappointing experience with LineOnLine – incorrect sizing and poor customer service**
I ordered a pair of Reebok F4 Adventure safety shoes from LineOnLine . The website and order confirmation clearly stated the size as **10.5 UK / 45 EU**
When the shoes arrived, the box and shoes were marked as **UK size 11**, meaning the item supplied did not match the advertised UK size. I contacted customer service expecting this to be resolved, but instead I was told that I had ordered EU size 45 and that the shoes supplied were correct.
The issue is not the EU size — it is the incorrect UK size information provided and the fact that I received a product that did not match the description I ordered. I was also left having to pay **£21 return postage** for an error that was not mine.
A better response would have been to acknowledge the sizing information issue and cover the return cost,Unfortunately, the way this was handled has left me very disappointed and I would be cautious about ordering from LineOnLine again,

I fully understand that manufacturers may use different EU-to-UK size conversions. However, your website and my order confirmation specifically stated UK 10.5 / EU 45. The shoes I received are clearly marked by the manufacturer as UK 11 / EU 45.
My complaint is not about the EU size. It is that the UK size advertised on your website did not match the UK size of the product supplied. As a customer, I am entitled to rely on the sizing information provided at the time of purchase.
Had your website correctly stated that the shoes were UK 11 / EU 45, I would not have ordered them.

Very bad experience with the customer…
Very bad experience with the customer service via online chat, operators very rude who clearly answer with pre-written answer .
Not willing to listen or accommodate customer request or queries!
In the end I’ve received my order which should have included two trousers same size S,
But wearing them one feel much tight then the other and checking at the labels there are some differences.
Strongly disappointed, I would suggest to look somewhere else for your purchases.

This delivery arrived today damaged
This delivery arrived today damaged. The oil has leaked out of its container and this was separately boxed to the strimmer. The strimmer, on opening, is clearly damaged with oil inside the box and over the equipment.Also, the oil fuel plug has been snapped off from the strimmer.my biggest complaint is you sending me goods though the post with absolutely no packing in any of the boxes ,
the products that cost £540 are thrown around during transit (bubble rap, paper, or Cardboard ) anything would be
better than nothing and its ironic you give me three steps to follow for returning product take number
2. PACK the product with all materials and equipment in the original packaging, using the utmost care in order to avoid damage during transport
if you would have used this practice when you sent me the product i wouldn't be writing this email to you ,so will you be sending me replacement oil and plug to make amends
