I bought the FTG safety shoes and they are brilliant. Very comfortable from day one. Time will tell how they last but they are well made so hopefully a good while. Delivery was not free but they came direct from Italy and came in good time via FedEx. Highly recommended!

Long Delivery and No Support for Return
The shoes themselves are okay, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The delivery took a very long time, much longer than expected.
The biggest issue is with the return process – I’ve been trying to return the shoes, but there’s complete silence from the company. No response, no communication, no support. On top of that, the return has to be sent to Italy, which makes the cost quite high.
Very frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

I’m truly sorry for the mistake: we did indeed ship the wrong size, and I take full responsibility for it.
To resolve the issue, I personally initiated the return procedure at our expense and arranged for the shoes to be collected so we could replace them or issue a refund as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, you informed us that the original box was thrown away: under these conditions, we are unable to proceed with the collection, because our return policy clearly states that items must be returned complete with all original accessories and in their original packaging.

Price was cheapest I could find online for a generator. It was delivered quickly (considering it came from overseas) and without issue. I've only deducted a star as I think it must have been in stock for a long time as the battery was flat. I've charged it which I presumed would solve it but it's not holding charge and I'll have to get a new one which will obviously cost me a few quid. That's the only downside to my purchase. I'd probably use them again.

I’m sorry for what happened, and I completely understand your dissatisfaction, especially after the wait.
However, I would like to clarify the timeline: as clearly indicated on our website at several steps during the purchase process, the item was available to order but not for immediate dispatch, as it was awaiting restocking from the manufacturer. For this reason, the waiting time was already expected and highlighted more than once. As soon as the product arrived back in our warehouse, we shipped it straight away and, in fact, the delivery took place on the date indicated at the time of purchase.
That said, you are absolutely right regarding the size, and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, a temporary system error in the size conversion caused the issue and led to the incorrect size being dispatched. The problem has now been resolved and, as far as I’m aware, we have already arranged the collection of the non-conforming item so we can resolve your case as quickly as possible.
