I fell for the scam, fake company selling garbage from China!!!

Exactly what I needed to brighten up my living room. I will be returning for more !

The company is not based in England despite appearances. It may be China or Singapore, or another country. They say one can initiate a return by sending an email (they will deduct a % from the refund) but they never responded to numerous emails I sent. I even wrote a letter to the UK address, which was returned to me as no such addressee at that address. I needed to return the cover as it didn't work at all. No such luck. Very shady business, impossible to communicate with.

I really wanted to like this product. Whoever's doing the marketing knows how to reel in the American consumer. Snappy decorative images of beautiful looking linen covers. Like we can all transform our homes into a French chateau if we buy this product. REALITY: Save yourselves A LOT of money and buy a big linen tablecloth. Because this "throw" is nothing but a BIG PIECE OF FABRIC. Which will take FOREVER to arrive because, you know, the linen has to be custom hand spun just for you!

Unfortunately this website is a scam and we still haven’t received our sofa cover. Emailed numerous times, no reply. I went back to the website and carefully read their terms and conditions, and noticed the email address doesn’t match the company name either.

Timely delivery, along with quality products, are much appreciated with the Linen Locker & Co. I own three of their linen sofa covers and two matching pillows in each color I purchased. Sofa covers are great for layering and for use as a luxurious bedspread!

This company is a scam. They took my money and never sent my order and then went AWOL. I had to get my bank involved to try and get a refund. Stay away.

This company is a scam. I placed an offer for a couch cover over a month ago and still haven’t received it or any communication with expected delivery. Do not order from this company.

Do not buy from this company - they are a sham. If I could give minus stars I would!
The website shows one thing and promises handmade British products which look lovely. In reality there is no UK company address, no customer services or telephone number. After 2 weeks I received a piece of shoddy poor quality, badly hemmed cloth which was absolutely not the quality soft British linen which I had paid nearly £200 for. After repeated e-mails I was eventually given an address to return the item to (which I did, at my expense, signed for next day delivery). Since then I have emailed repeatedly but not a word about my refund. I will report to trading standards and Google.

Do you really want to know? I order a sofa cover and got it in a timely fashion, however, the cover was so thin that the light grey fabric on the sofa showed thru. Truly a skimpy piece of linen! I could see thru it completely!
I emailed 6 times to get a return label, perfectly willing to pay the shipping back to where ever this company is. No response of any kind. NO phone, NO response, NO refund. I may try going to my bank.

Terrible company. No one will reply to the emails on their account, and the product quality is appalling. I mean they should be embarrassed selling what they did

Do not order from this company! I’ve never received my order and paid over £300 for a sofa throw… there’s no way of getting in touch with them and no one has ever replied to my e mails. Total scam! Please beware!!!

Is this a real company? I made an order and received completely the wrong item (wrong colour, and much smaller size than I have paid for), and it's completely impossible to get hold of anyone at the company to discuss it - only an email that no-one answers. No telephone number, no other way to contact them. Am starting to feel like it's just a scam company? I never write reviews but have some vain hope that someone will see this and bother to get in touch and either refund me for what was a lot of money, or send me the correct item?

Tried to cancel my order within hours of ordering and was told I couldn't. The delivery time of 15 days was not stated clearly. There is a 25% restocking fee to return an item which is clearly the reason they wouldn't let me cancel the order. Scammers and horrible way to treat a customer.

I have waited 6 months for my products and NEVER RECEIVED them. This company has only responded once.
I was told my order is “stuck in transit”.
Still attempting to get refund.

Linen Locker sent a cover that was a completely different color than what was pictured - I have reached out for 2 weeks daily to get a return processed and there has been no response. Don't trust this company, site - they still haven't responded to me.

Awful customer service. Not a UK company.
I placed an order and emailed numerous times. No response (even though the money was taken from my account immediately). I then decided to cancel the order. Again no response. I got my bank involved and suddenly, I get a response. This company is not registered with Companies House in the UK. There is no phone number or address as to where it is actually based, but there are a number of oddities on the website. Do not recommend.

The other reviews are interesting too - the one apparently based in 'GB' spells 'color' like this. This company is definitely not based in the UK!

Beautiful Sofa Cover, the linen quality is great and washes very well no ironing needed, measurement guide spot on in my case. I have now ordered a second cover in a different colour. Having a hairy dog it is so easy to hoover off hair or just Shake out.I found communication via DM more effective than email, where I didn’t get a response to a query . Very recommended

Very poor customer service: they do not respond to emails, no telephone number anywhere, sofa cover took more than 3 weeks to arrive in the UK, cardboard packing had split. Won't be using them again.
You need to respond to your customers.
