I absolutely love these unique curved placemats! I ordered them in White Grey, and they’re the perfect complement to my oval white acrylic stone table and brightly coloured chairs. The edge of the placemats follows the curve of the table beautifully. I also purchased the matching coasters and a wooden tray to hold them, and they look stunning together on my table.

Buying from this company has been a nightmare. They have terrible processes. Shipping is slow, the website is clunky and old, and you can’t make returns. The worst thing is, the ‘premium’ product is actually quite high maintenance and always looks stained. Not worth it at all. Avoid.
Update: I spent £400 with this company, and their position is ‘it’s not my fault’. The package clearly reached Denmark as it says PostNord all over it, which I even sent you photos of? If I can’t return my item to you even if I am following your instructions exactly, then I’m afraid it is your fault. Just include returns like a normal company, even if its paid for! Its not that hard!

As we have discussed with you today, it appears that your order was returned incorrectly, which is why it has come back to you and never reached Denmark — most likely because VAT and customs duties were not paid for the package to enter Denmark. Unfortunately, this is not something we, as a company, are notified about or can influence. LIND DNA always covers VAT and customs charges when sending an order so that the customer is not responsible for these costs. However, as stated in both our Terms & Conditions and in the return form you completed, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We understand that you may not agree with this, but unfortunately not all companies are able to offer free returns.
Our Recycled leather, like all leather, requires proper cleaning to stay beautiful and last for many years. You are correct that not all cleaning methods will keep it looking nice, but with the right cleaning product, it is very easy to maintain.
We understand that this experience has not been what you had hoped for, and we are sorry to receive a one-star review when the issue is not caused by us. Our intention is simply to inform you of what can be done in the situation you are facing.
