Extremely impressive

Very high shipping and return rate
The shipping costs are quite high. I ordered the false products by mistake so had to return, here the costs are also high. So in total I paid 20 Euros for nothing. To me this is NOT clientfriendly and I will not order again.

The shipping and returns costs are outrageous. I have never experienced anything like it and the quality is extremely poor and absolutely does not justify the astronomical prices
