I contacted Lime Lace before purchasing to check on the delivery process as I’ve had an absolute shocking run of disgusting deliveries from high end interior suppliers.
Ben responded immediately even though it was out of hours, I was assured it would be delivered on their own vans ( but was offered a Saturday if needed via a pallet carrier) I’m self employed so staying home for a day is tricky but Ben offered me a choice of suitable days and kept intouch all the way through the process. Driver was extremely polite, helpful smart….. just everything you could ask for.
Great company to deal with ( oh and they price matched my bedside tables too!)

Very poor delivery service
Please avoid if you can - ordering from Lime Lace has been very hard work. I ordered seven items on 14th January this year. Two weeks later nothing had arrived. After several email exchanges, at the request of Lime Lace I went round asking my neighbours for missing packages and chasing up tracking numbers with APC Couriers. After re-ordering all 7 items, by 27th February only 2 items had arrived. The explanation from Lime Lace was that they have no control over deliveries despatched directly from their suppliers. So it’s difficult to order with any confidence. I eventually got missing items refunded but it took several weeks. Why can't Lime Lace send goods directly to the customer, using their own courier rather than Royal Mail? And why don't any members of the support team put their names to email correspondence? It makes it very difficult to know who is dealing with your case. Finally, when I posted this review, Trust Pilot informed me that my post was flagged for containing defamatory content. The fact that my review is still here in full obviously means Trust Pilot have found nothing unacceptable here. Clearly, Lime Lace wanted me to keep quiet. I think that says more about them than me.
Brilliant service
Ordered a table for delivery to Northern Ireland which can sometimes be problematic and expensive. Table was delivered so well packaged by courier and in immaculate condition when it arrived with great communication through the process. Couldn't recommend enough!

Fantastic customer service! I recently received a product that didn’t work and was able to speak to a very friendly lady who arranged a replacement to be sent the same day! Thank you!
Even the sample service is bad
£2 per sample plus £3 for shipping and VAT. To get an A5 piece of paper with a pattern of a £225 wallpaper on, which hardly shows the pattern at all? It’s actually comical. I wish I could upload a photo. Took ages to be delivered as well! Waste of time, put me right off.

Disappointing customer service
I called customer services to ask if they price matched. They did. I explained I’d found their product elsewhere, £35 cheaper, & rather than return goods, would they honour their promise. Not retrospectively it turns out. I can’t see the business sense in losing an order and customer, so do your due diligence on pricing before buying from this company, prices are better elsewhere.

Ordered a lamp from Limelace
Ordered a lamp from Limelace, having never used them before. I contacted customer services prior to ordering to get details about the delivery, and had a very prompt and helpful response from their team. The company advised that if I found the product cheaper on another site, they would be happy to price match. Delivery of the lamp was free, and is of great quality and came well packaged. Overall I am very impressed and would highly recommend! I will definitely be ordering from this company again!

outstanding customer service
I had some issues with the tii-pii bed and stand that I ordered (an issue which stemmed from the tii-pii manufacturer rather than lime lace). I am still giving them 5 stars as the customer service was outstanding. They responded to my email same day and worked with the tii-pii company to resolved the issue within a couple of days.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish.
This company goes above and beyond with their customer service, and I've never felt so happy with a purchase made.
I highly recommend them, and although we couldn't fit a beautiful tiipii into our garden that we bought from them, they refunded me within the same day and collected it for us.
I am absolutely purchasing something else from them, and will recommend them to everyone we know.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Purchased a lovely barbecue and it arrived in great time. They kept me informed of progress etc. there was an issue with the item and they responded in minutes and solved the issue faster than I could have written this review. To test how good a company is sometimes requires something to go wrong and on this occasion I cannot fault them.
I have written so many bad reviews and few good but this was soooooooo good I just had to write. Will keep buying from this firm and I strongly recommend them.

During my house renovation process I have ordered from many sites and learned over time to stick to domestic companies as the order and return process (where needed) is always a lot more straightforward. Beautiful handmade wallpaper
The wallpaper took a long time to arrive but I can appreciate the disruptions. In the end the quality is perfect and it is handmade so worth the wait. In the meantime the customer service was excellent. I'd certainly shop again.
