Pearl jewellery highly recommended
My husband bought me three beautiful pearl pieces for our 30th wedding anniversary. My pearl locket is very special as contains a photo from our wedding day and one on holiday in our happy place. From start to finish the service received by this company was amazing and so efficient. The order was dispatched quickly and arrived beautifully wrapped. My bracelet felt a little tight and was worried that it would break however a quick email to the team advised me to post back and some further pearls would be added. One of my earrings required a slight adjustment also. The customer service is to be commended as personally tailored to each customer. The quality of the jewellery is exceptional and I had many comments about how stunning my new pearl jewellery looked when I wore it on our anniversary. I would highly recommend Lily Blanche, you will not be disappointed.

Gift for my Daughter's special birthday
For my Daughter's "special birthday" & for sentimental family reasons, I wished to buy a 4 photo locket & chain.
Having researched the market at local Jewellers & online, I chose Lily Blanche for my gift & needed expert advice which was professional & prompt which meant that I purchased the locket at a competitive / discounted cost.
The locket & chain was perfect & delivered in a superb presentation pack & my Daughter was delighted with her birthday present.

Outstanding customer service from this company. Very helpful staff with nothing too much trouble. I bought a midnight pearl bracelet for a present and the staff ensured I had it delivered on time and were happy to help. The packaging, as always, is exceptional and really added to the gift to make it more special.

We take all customer feedback seriously, but after thoroughly checking our records, we have no orders associated with your name. However, we have received multiple emails and live chat messages from a Gemma Durham using various aliases, making repeated demands for money, including threats such as: “I've already left a bad review and will spread it all over my social media.”
We understand that times are challenging, but attempting to extract money from businesses under false pretences is not a victimless act. Fraudulent claims against ecommerce companies have risen 18% since the pandemic, causing an estimated £20 billion in losses annually—directly impacting small businesses like ours.
As a company, we take a firm stance against these practices and will not be pressured by threats or blackmail. We are part of an industry collective that reports such activities to an investigations team, and we have forwarded all relevant details to them. Any further communication regarding this matter will be handled through our solicitors.
Lily Blanche is committed to honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service. For any genuine concerns regarding orders from genuine customers, we happily assist through our official channels.

I bought my partner an 'Initial' style, sterling silver, necklace from Lily Blanche, for Christmas. Simply put, the craftsmanship is stunning, and the packaging was adorable.
Jewellery can be very personal, memorable and sentimental - Lily Blanche understands this. The attention to detail, all the way down to the packaging and presentation, was an experience within itself.
Watching my partner open her Christmas gift made me feel as if I was opening the present myself. She loves it!

Quality Necklace, Fabulous Presentation
Charlie's necklace arrived today from Lily Blanche and it's the perfect Valentine's Day surprise for him. I love everything about it - the dog tag design, the personalisation, the box it came in (loved the ribbon tying the lid on). Even the gift bag it came in added that extra special touch. It's clear a lot of thought has gone not into the design of the necklace, but of the packaging presentation itself. It arrived very promptly too. I happily recommend Lily Blanche jewellery as the personalised necklace I received was fabulous.

Amazing customer service
Had a small problem with a fine chain necklace I ordered for my partners birthday. I contacted the company where they were more than happy to replace the chain and offered upgrade options, I chose a thicker chain which was made and delivered right in time for Christmas. Amazing customer service, very thankful! Would highly recommend. The jewellery is amazing quality, will definitely be buying from Lily Blanche again <3
