I've ordered both a Necklace and Earrings from Astley Clarke and they're beautiful, I would certainly order more items in the future. Not only that delivery was as stated and arrived on time.
One of the items I wanted was temporarily out of stock at the time and Zoe very kindly let me know as soon as they became available again. Her customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Zoe from customer services was fantastic. She kept me updated on my order throughout the process and consistently followed up to check that everything was going smoothly.

Whilst I found Asterley Clark to be responsive in their customer service I was highly disappointed with the outcome. I bought four lockets for myself and family after suffering a bereavement and 3 years later, the chain snapped out of the blue on one of them. I am aware that other very similar jewellery brands offer a five year warranty so I asked AC to repair my chain under warranty which they said theirs was only 2 years and they offered to repair but the cost was half of what I paid for the entire locket. I was disappointed that AC didn’t have a better aftercare option and walked away feeling like I would go to their competitor next time as I know they would resolve the issue for me. It’s a shame as having bought four pieces in one go and recommending to others who then bought I felt disappointed by the after care.

I wanted to order a replacement photo for my bracelet locket. I had to contact CS and they emailed me back right away with the instructions. I ordered my photo and had it within a few days. Great customer service as always. Thank you Astley Clarke!

I had an unusual experience when ordering a Mothers Day gift for my wife - whereby the order was placed as the money came out of my account - but online it said there was an issue.
So I got in contact with the personal shopper for confirmation of the order and informed me that the customisations made were also present. Zoe was very timely in terms of her responses and our interactions were pleasant!
Zoe brought piece of mind and reassurance - she also sent over the tracking information for my parcel.
