Only sent out half the order and won’t even acknowledge me and respond to where the other part of my order is
Also returned stuff for exchange and sent out 3 of the same things over and over again so now I’m stuck with 3 of the same bodysuits and they dont want to fix there mistakes

Don’t buy from this company ordered £35 mystery bundle only to find out after a 2 min look on SHEIN typing in what my set from Lilosa looked like both of them were on there for £5 each 😂

Joined as a nervous girlie on Tik Toc live I think Amy was the host? 😘💕 Never ordered anything for me before and she was so genuine and lovely totally empowering! Ordered and unfortunately had to Exchange a couple of items nothing was to much trouble correspondence was quick and they didn’t mind me chasing when it was delayed due to snow! and come home to a beautiful new set! The sets are absolutely stunning and really adjustable so you can tighten or loosen to fit your body perfectly! Amy helped picked out my mystery bundle on live and she was such a vibe and so helpful and friendly! The only problem is…now I’m obsessed and need every set!

I wanted to buy a product that would help me empower and boost my confidence. In Liliosa, they provide a variety of lingeries which I can select. Initially, I was unsure about what sizes to buy but with the amazing help of the salesperson and the customer service team, I can purchase their product with ease and confidence.

They took forever to get my delivery centimetre took over a month, even though it was two day shipping. Once I had got the stuff I did didn’t get the right stuff. I only got one of the two things that I ordered.
