They are thieves and steel people money. I raised complaint on them with Barclays as they send other cheap and unprofessional companies as their 3rd and 4th parties to fix and play with customers cell phone. Don’t buy this insurance from Barclays as my advise. I plan to challange even their fake decision in court. They accept mistakes politely and offer you 54£ which is funny. You are not able to reach customer service in one month and not even you get any response or call back. I am happy to provide any proof if anyone want and share it here if the page allows me.

Very poor
Replaced iPhone for my elderly Mum but Likewize have sent a device that has a very poor battery, it takes a long time to charge and then depletes extremely quickly (I have taken it to Apple store who have confirmed battery is not satisfactory). Have reported it twice now to Likewize but nobody from complaints has called me back. I asked if the battery could be replaced in the Apple store and was awaiting a call back. None came. Chased again last Saturday and asked same question, was told no they must collect and replace it which means phone has to be wiped and set up all over again. They were meant to collect it yesterday but nobody came, will need to call again today. Thank you NatWest for such wonderful member benefits…

Got to be one of worst companies I've come across . And these are people who are directly working for barclays Bank. They accused me of not sending phone back to be repaired and charged me 400 pound , it was there courier who picked it up !!!!!
Waited over a week to have it picked up with excuse after excuse . Come on barclays sort it out by get a reputable company
