Likewize is fraud and the customer service reps has no manners.

I lost my phone and called them to get it replaced. When I called that had my 512gb phone in their system as 128gb and I was not gonna take that. After going through ups and down with them for 1 month and verifying that my phone was really 512gb multiple times by going to my wireless store in person so they could verify the info likewize did not want that so they request other proof and after sending multiple emails and photos from Samsung customer care department which likewise repeatedly told me files couldn’t open they put me through more stress by requesting a service request declaration form after finally telling me I can complete my service request only to tell me my claim has been denied and not listing the reason why. My phone is a Samsung galaxy note 5G and it’s discontinued by Samsung so nothing more than likewize do not have any 512gb in stock and just refuse to say so and also refuse to give me another phone with similar gb. All they did was take me in circles for one month straight every time I called. I will discontinue my service with my wireless company after 10 years just because of likewize.

Great service

Great service, was booked by insurance company.

Nice chap turned up to repair phone, bang on time. Took an hour to repair, so was without a phone for an hour, instead of sending it away.

Well… where do we start!!

Well… where do we start!!!

My son lost his phone and I ordered a replacement. Cut a long story short, the phone was not delivered but DPD showing signed for with no signature and an image of a road showing double yellow lines.

Likewise advised they need to investigate and it’s been almost 4wks without a phone for my son. Not once I have likewise been in contact with me - Everyday I ring them and I get the same response… it’s under an investigation and I cannot give you a completion time… it’s not my fault DPD has not delivered the phone, but yet it’s me that’s out of pocket!!!

Barclays - you need to sort this service out! Not getting the service for what I pay for!?

This organization has desire what so ever to meet any sort of customer satisfaction or experience. charged me 450.00 for a replacement phone thst was refurbished. received the phone & it didn't work. sent not working refurbished phone back & asked for my money back. they refused

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! Twice in a row they repaired my phone with faulty parts that was identified by Apple. They exceeded the repair times so I was left without a phone for weeks each time. Had to then send it back for subsequent repairs because they didn't do it correctly. Barclays Bank should not be using this company under their tech insurance scheme. Journalists should look into malpractice of this company.

Terrible service

Terrible service - I pay for phone insurance through my bank (Barclays) and my sons phone has issues with the microphone. They collected it and sent it back ‘repaired’ in 5 days.. no it had same problem but now it also overheats when charging! Warning sign on screen, sent it back again and has been returned and it’s still not fixed. Just sent it back for the third time!!!! Absolute joke company - I will be cancelling this policy!!!

Recommend all contact FCA, FOS and Which?

Same experience as a number of others. Recommend all to report to Which? and the FOS. FCA should remove their licence.

Took out the policy under Barclays when it was run properly. Have been paying 14.99 per month for years.

Mobile: Had a non functioning phone. They said I shouldn't get a replacement until 'tech' support had spoke to me. No way to transfer me. Waited weeks to receive a return call. Multiple calls to them. Eventually they confirmed there was an error and my case hadn't even been given to tech support. Just went and bought a new phone.

Tablet: Logged a claim for a Surface Pro 8. Added it with serial number. They auto rejected it. Had to call them, they then said 'oh yes, its a tablet so we do cover it'. But how many vulnerable customers won't know the difference ? My claim was accepted, but clearly they have major operational risk. FCA needs to look at Consumer Duty implementation.

BEWARE

I have only given this review 1 star because this is the minimum I’m allowed to give them!
Shocking service, awaiting phone to be repaired. I was told I would receive the phone back within 5 days, this has not happened but have been told they have lost my phone. An investigation will now have to happen and that the regulator has allowed them up to 8 weeks for this to happen. This policy was taken out through my Barclays account. BARCLAYS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED WITH THIS SERVICE AND THE FACT YOU USE THIS COMPANY

Likewize is a scammer company do not buy their protection through Roger's.

Likewise is a scammer company they do whatever then can to not fix your phone. Their technician told me he could fix my phone over the phone without even looking at it. It took me 1 1/2?months and 6 calls to get someone on the phone to honor the program promise 1st screen replaced free of charge or we replace the phone. Now that was February when I got my new phone when I promptly canceled the Likewise Service as I was extremely unhappy with the whole process. I got my replacement phone and promptly put a third party protection Plan on it that uses Samsung Canada authorized service repair centre's. Fast forward to early June I crack my screen which under my new plan was to be fixed free of charge. I find out that the phone I bought in Canada from a Canadian Provider was replaced with an international model which cannot be fixed at a Samsung Canada repair centre. I call Rogers and explain and they advise me to re inroll in likewise protection Plan. and likewise will fix the issue. 3 calls and 3 weeks later like wise tells me the phone is Canadian and there is nothing they can do. Now trying to deal with Rogers and have been told I need to file a dispute with likewise regarding my issue so.here I goo again 3 weeks into dealing with an issue created by likewise because now rogers doesn't even have my new imei number on file and I am supposed to return the phone in April........very unsatisfied LikeWise customer buyer beware with their services they do.whatever the can to avoid accepting responsibility for their dishonesty and mistakes they make. I have been advised that I am stuck with an international phone that I cannot get any Samsung Canada authorized repair centre to fix because they cannot order the proper replacement screen. Thanks for nothing LikeWize. Buyer beware if you are in Canada do not let likewize replace your phone make.sure they repair it. Otherwize welcome to my world.

Worse company to deal with

This is the worst company . Lost my phone nov I make a claim after paying deductible I got an email sue to high demand they will send me a cheque Mind you the check don’t include the tax so it’s like u losin after paying the deductible u still have to pay ur own tax to get back device from November i wait 4mths to get the check after calling 100 times . I had a phone also it was stolen. They reject claim saying it never use . Ooooo I can go on and on about ow bad they are

I will rate negative 5 if there was…if they were honest

I will rate negative 5 if there was options. I have my device protection plan for last 10 months, the phone had water damage in the port, they asked me to pay $199 plus tax where Samsung store quote me for $170 plus taxes.

What i was paying for the whole 10 months? it is a rip off

If i could rate 0 stars I would

If i could rate 0 stars I would. I cracked my phone screen so i sent it to them and i asked if they were gonna send me a replacement phone and they said no because it will take less than a week.
They kept my phone for 3. Months. I had no phone for 3 months and I honestly thought they weren’t going to give it back. This place should not be in business and the fact that phone companies collaborate with this business is insaineeeeeeee. I only used Likewise because Freedom Mobile told me too. They also DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT I emailed them 10 times. No reply. Not once. I really hope this place goes out of business or gets sued. But can you even sue someone that just doesn’t reply to emails?

Cover up after cover up

Where do I start manger that covers up health and saftey staff on drink and drugs during the shift staff operating machines and driving lorries whilst on under the influence and no licences is this somewhere you want to invest your money into cause I wouldn't your lose it all when it's closes down when some is seriously injured or dies

Do not use like wise

Do not use like wise , on the phone they assure you that your phone will be fixed no matter what, but they forget to let people know that if your phone has scratches, it will not be covered by any warranty, they charge you £ 20 for sending a technician to fix your phone, he doesn't even open the phone and assumed that has been damaged because of the scratches, if they told me that, I wouldn't never paid the £20. That is easy money without doing any work. They also refused to refund me and they were very rude over the phone.

Don't waste $ better buying when u need

Do not use told me phone next day to get me to pay $175 as soon as payed 1-3 days on 8th day phone comes turn on phone that they said was inspected by certified technician my 9 yo can see problem tried to get refund day 3 now still trying day 13 now should be all set day 20 they are sending me a phone I no longer need I just want my $ back I can't wait 20 days for working phone and they suggested I buy a phone till they can get me one isn't insurance so u don't have to worry about having a phone

Got to be the worst insurance ever do…

Got to be the worst insurance ever do not bother you will go around in circles like me and then be told to take days off work and 200 mile round trip to get your phone fixed and as it was not fixed properly been told to take another day off and do another 200 mile round trip.

The staff haven’t got a clue and keep telling you to travel 200 mile or send the device in and will take 4/5 working days, when you tell them it’s connected to your business they just shrug their shoulders and don’t realise that it’s a business and it will affect it tremendously. Don’t know what’s happened to this insurance used to be very good but I Havnt used or claimed for a few years just keep paying the premiums and likewise say go to Barclays and Barclays say go back to likewise. The girl I spoke to this morning did care about anything and kept repeating the same words I CANNOT DO ANYMORE
