Horrible experience. I have returned the lamp few weeks ago. Still waiting for the remboursement. I was told today on the phone that money went out on 5th March. Then by email they ask me about my bank account details. I am starting to doubt if this is a honest company. I am reporting them this week if no money on my bank account. I really do not recommend.
What is wrong with this company?
1. I placed the order almost month ago. Paid just after that and sent you the confirmation.
2. After over two weeks of no conntact from you i ask how is vollecting and sending my order going. You informed me that there is an issue and you dont have rhe product i ordered in stock. You wait for the delivery. We changed the adress of delivery because i told you that in the time you have estimated the delivery i will have been already start my journey.
3. On estimated date i conntacted you and got an answered that my order has been canceled becuse i have not paid it. I sent u the confirmation but you said that it is not that what you need. I didnt want to spoil my trip arguing with u so i stopped the conntact. And wanted to come back to it after im back to Warsaw.
4. Now i got the info that u sent the package to that place that i have left over one week ago.
5. Lightonline sent me an email where they claim that it Was my foult. And doesnt want to give me money back because they wait for the return. (It Was sent to the adress where i was temporary staying)
