I had a server with my whole work set-up there and one day after I upgraded to a better machine and payed for it, it crashed. It has been three weeks and no one is replaying for a ticket that I made, for my emails and on the chat. I feel like I have been robed. Because I was. 40USD down the drain. DONT USE IT.

The payment system did not work properly. Money was charged from my account, but the balance was never credited. Support did not respond for days, and because of their failure to process the payment, my server was deleted.
Funds taken. No balance update. No support. Server gone.
This is beyond unprofessional — it’s a complete breakdown of service and responsibility. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting this company with their money or infrastructure.
Support doesn't exist
Support doesn't exist, I've had a ticket pending for 2.5 weeks without a response. They push you to deposit extra credits to your account, once you realise that the service is unusable, it's too late, you can't take out the credit anymore.

Go better somewhere else
No, or very little price information without logging in. Tried to run a N8N app, the version is soooooo old, not usable at all. No ticket answer. Minimum topup of $10 before you can do anything. Bad GUI. And thats all before i can even start using their service. I'm going somewhere else.
For the ones complaining about scam and overcharging, the actual charge is in HK Dollar (which is ~8 times USD). So no scam on this part but not disclosed before either.

UPDATE! After about 2 weeks I got no answer and they deleted my server with it's entire data! It's a nightmare. Never trust them!
- Their website had a bug that got 404 error when tried to recharge. After some tries my account got suspended and after 4 days they haven't answered me yet. My whole business is down for 4 days and everything is getting ruined and still no one from lightnode gives an answer

I think they are scammers, I tryed to add $10 into my account but it tries to get $100! I regected request in my account and check everything again, I chose to charge only $10 into my account but next time was same request come to my bank app as $100!! so simply I tried to delete my account but there is no delete account option!

We ordered the bluestack server but we can not use the bluestack on the server, I try to contact the support for fixing and refund but no one cares us and no one replies us. They do not refund as well. We already sent the refund request 2 weeks but they do not address it.

While requesting a quote for hosting capabilities, I got the answer "The price is too high. Do you really need to know it?"
HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE
Without any notification, they (!) deleted 2 my already working VPS because of (!) "out of capacity". I'm just speaking to the void in the support, they even didn't care to train their bot to react to "alive person needed", you can just select an option in the chat and that's all.
Being a CTO of a startup, and being a developer for over a 15 years, ordering all kinds of hosting, VPS, dedicated, GPU etc. all the time, with all my confidence I can assure you that Lightnode is truly unique, I was never treated as absolutely nothing never before.
For all new clients considering Lightnode I strongly recommend to do not even look this way.
All existing Lightnode clients I urge to IMMEDIATELY change your provider because your business is in danger, you can just wake up next morning with your servers gone.

Fraudulent Overcharge Attempt During Account Top-Up
Careful! I tried to top up my account by 25 USD, and during Visa 3D Secure I noticed that they wanted to charge my account 194.61 USD.
This is an outright scam! Please stay away from this service. Luckily, I noticed just in time.

Now we have 3 VMs in México, 'cause we use it for VPN Wireguard tunnels for a dedicated servers under cg-nat.
The ping is the best ever tested comparated with another VM providers in México. But, the network speed is low, they only give 100 Mbps and the max of 1 IPv4 Address per instance.
VPS speed and support horrible
Bought a VPS, and the port/internet speed is 2 Mbps? The slowest VPS I had in my life.
Have been waiting for a support answer for 3-4 days, but they don't even care to reply regarding the speed issue.
The best you can do, obviously, is to stay away from LightNode.
