Total scam ….still ongoing

I only gave them one star because it wouldn’t let me give them zero. I placed an order for a light on October 18 the website says normal shipment is 7 to 10 days. I haven’t received it yet after numerous emails they keep on telling me they’ve either taken it to the shipper or it’s still in production as of this day. I have not received it yet.I’ve been corresponding via email (no one answers phone ) I have told them numerous times to cancel the order but they have not

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM. This website seems good, looks like they're based out of CO. I bought because they had a return policy in place. I messaged them the day I received the expensive item because they sent me the wrong item ($3200). I got one email back asking for my reasons and photos. Have emailed again asking for a return almost daily for 2 weeks and only received one more reponse asking me to keep the wrong item. What?! Will have to dispute with my credit card.
