This was a lovely light,very good value, with free delivery, arrived in perfect condition, we just love it, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

What a great find ! Lots of electrical items as well as lighting. Purchased a floor lamp so reasonable and good quality. The staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Will be back for sure.

In 2023 having a poor returns policy is really unacceptable. They expect you to pay for your own returns, threaten 25% re stocking fee and are generally rude and unhelpful throughout. The website has really poor descriptions- I ordered something that was described as matt black but is actually chrome. Now I get to work out how to send a huge box back to them when I'm disabled with no car.

I have been to Lighting R Us a few times now and have purchase several lights. My experience of this company is that they are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I have to say that Emma the sales person was just amazing. You are spoilt for choice so Emma gave me time to just wonder around until I was sure of what I wanted. Also an electrician was booked the same time in order to fit the lights. I am really pleased with the customer service and of course my lights.

After being let down by another lighting company I found Lighting R Us online. We needed to buy class 2 lights but were finding it difficult. I found what I needed and ordered them on a Wednesday and the lights arrived two days later. This was excellent service. The lights are fabulous and look very stylish. I won’t hesitate to use them again. I have recommended this company to family and friends.

1 of the 3 otherwise identical light fittings has been assembled on the wonk (badly off from right angles to the wall due to a bent washer). I fixed it myself (although it stumped the electrician). Also the wall fittings were not really strong enough for the weight of the lamps - I had to fiddle them to avoid these wall lights drooping a little.
