Great service, marvellous pricing ( exact same light at John Lewis £60.00 more ) arrived in perfect condition a couple of days later ) . Very pleased will order another light for the room next door .

Beautiful range of lights at reasonable prices. Lights arrived quickly and as communicated. Four glass leaves on my pendants arrived damaged, but Lights R Us arranged replacements immediately and with no fuss. They arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service and after care. I would not hesitate to order again.

The delivery was quick and the items were in perfect condition and exactly as we expected them to be. We would happily buy again from them.

Easily navigated website, competitive prices, good customer support & efficient delivery. Unfortunately had to return item as proved unsuitable for our room, but collected via Parcelforce as promised. Awaiting refund with cost of return to be deducted.

Beautiful, quality lamps, packaging was superb, only downside took a little longer than expected for delivery but can't really complain as it was free p&p.

Ordered a wall light online after visiting the store. Very helpful staff. It was delivered the same week into store for me to collect.
We've fitted the wall light and it is perfect, we love it!

I waited quite a while for my lamp to come into stock. However I asked them to defer posting until 14th March as I was on holiday. They were very efficient and it arrived today.
