I've Received Better Customer Service with Amazon

7/1/2026 - It's been almost a year to the day that I purchased the fan recommended by the "professional" at this company. As a reminder, I told the woman that I had a big room and she recommended something that SHE thought was appropriate and it was inadequate. The company hasn't called me back or emailed me. Fortunately, Turney Lighting exists and I've spent a few thousand dollars there and received exactly what I needed and received excellent customer service.
2/20/2026 - I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday season and wish you all a happy new year. We, unfortunately, had to celebrate with a fan that we can't use in a box. We still haven't heard anything from this company. I really regret not getting the fan on Amazon because even they have a better return policy.

12/23/2025 - I saw that a week ago the OWNER of this company thanked a person for their 5 star review. I think that says it all. Even the OWNER isn't willing to talk to a mistreated customer.
12/14/2025 - Goodness, where has the time gone? Thanksgiving was wonderful. I made green bean casserole from scratch and let me tell you that it was a game changer! It's definitely worth the time.
Still, no contact.

8/28/2025 - No call from manager or Kathleen Whistler to resolve issue. This place is overpriced and seriously lacks customer appreciation. I will definitely go back to Turney Lighting for my remaining lighting needs. I'm sure they can order the $7,000 fixture that will be my next purchase.

The customer service in San Antonio, Texas is horrible. I ordered a fan at the suggestion of the sales associate, Kathleen Whistler. She said it would "blow good air" and it was delivered about 2 weeks later. My electrician installed it and it barely moved air through the room. I called the store and spoke with the associate who then told me that maybe i should install it with longer rod. I told her i didn't think a few inches would make a difference. Then she asked me how high my ceilings were and the size of the room. I told her these were the kinds of questions she should have asked when I ordered the fan. She said that I couldn't return the fan because we'd had it installed. I asked her how would I know if it provided enough air without installing it and that I had relied on her profession opinion for the right fan. At tht point she became very dismissive and said that the store couldn't return it to the manufacturer because we'd opened it. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she'd have the manager call me. Just as I was asking her if she had my information she hung up on me! I called a few days ago and still have not had a return call. I could have ordered the same fan from AMAZON and returned it without issue. Including the fan, I spent over two thousand dollars at the store and was planning on buying lighting for four of my bathrooms. If this is the way they deal with customers they can forget getting more of my business.
