Very bad experience. Ordered on Wednesday for "free next day delivery". Waited all Thursday with no notification or delivery. Found items didn't get to Parcelforce depot until Thursday evening then got caught up in Easter. Very poor customer service, refused to answer simple questions like 'when were items picked and packed?'. The products I ordered, when they finally arrived, were good and what I expected, I just missed the day I had told the customer I would be installing them.

Great lighting products and very competitive prices. Also great customer service from Valentin Simeonov. Delivery was quick with Parcelforce.

I've used LE for some time. Their products are great and service is super quick and efficient.

while the purchased item was fine the service leading up to it was not the best. I contacted the company twice via their on line 'question' service and got no reply. i left 'poor review' and strangely got a reply saying they were sorry and suggesting i ring a tele number where someone would answer my technical/help questions..... i did and to describe what occurred as 'difficult' was an understatement...i'm sure a language issue was apparent but believe me i wasted 20 mins on the phone while the rep from the company tried to understand what i had done and kept insisting i needed to re send the question despite someone form LE telling me a quick phone call would work.... anyway it was finally answered and i then bought the item which arrived in quick order and works fine... so all in all a nice product but sadly spoilt by poor customer service / interaction as i waited 2 weeks for answers....

Very good follow up by the company. who claim matters have been addressed and hopefully 'rectified' as a good will gesture they have provided a future discount for their products so i will definitely be re visiting them
