Brought some security lights from these guys on the B & Q site.
Unfortunately 1 set gave up the ghost after a few weeks.
I'm giving a 5 star rating as their customer service was fantastic!
There was no quibbling, no return neccessary, and no need to provide evidence.
They simply dispatched a replacement item immediately.
I had it within a couple of days.
These days it is very rare for this kind of service from an on-line seller (Even the big boys!), and it was very refreshing.
Personally, I'd recommend them to everyone!

Bought 470Im model with remote control LED light Plugged in and worked for about 2 minutes and then failed - completely useless

Beware this seller sells faulty bulbs.It kept blowing my fuse box constantly.I had an electrician on site who inspected the issue and advised that the bulbs must be faulty .This could led to further damage .I have bought bulbs from a different seller and no issues since . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, DISHONEST SELLER, WON'T ACCEPT COMPLAINT.Stay safe

I was sent the wrong item which I am trying to return but no answer to my emails or calls I want a return address and a refund of payment this company is rubbish do not buy from them

Bought an LED desk lamp from them, fulfilled via Amazon, in late September 2020. It lasted a month or so before it became a strobe lamp and unusable. None of their UK customer phone lines worked then (or now). Had to email to complain. After several weeks they sent a replacement which (this time) worked for a couple of months, but then last week it started to strobe too and is now equally unusable for anything other than inducing fits. Once is a manufacturing fault, twice is just faulty design. Completely underwhelmed by this company - I would recommend you avoid.

Bought 3 horse arena floodlights from LE Ltd nov. 2018. Switched them on again when the hour changed in Oct 2020 to find all were faulty to a certain degree. On my complaint to the company I was given a total refund as the lights were still within the 2 year warranty. I have noticed they do not sell these lights anymore but good on them for honouring their agreement.

Bought a 2 pack led tape. Said 1 to 3 days delivery and stock coming from birmingham rang up after 5 days asking where is it. Some guy from philipines said he will email birmingham to find out and would get them to send it out next day delivery.........nothing so i rang again today same philipines company answered. They said all they can do is email. Requested manager, he doesnt have one and he is the only one in the office despite a call centre noise in the background. Eventually told me he lied but then said his manager is in china. I was getting really frustrated with him and all he can do is email birmingham. So i said right ive had enough with his lies, i caught him out on 7 lies which he admitted in the end. I requested a refund and believe it or not he has to email birmingham to issue my refund. Now thats when i lost it. So angry. Whats the point in the customer services when they couldnt do ANYTHING other than email birmingham which obviously birmingham never gets them or responds to them. Honestly THE WORST company i have ever ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. ill wait a day or 2 for refund but probably going to have to reclaim back from my credit card company. Absolutely shoddy management who cant even face their customers. And you might aswell get rid of your philipines customer service they do NOTHING but lie to your face and then have to admit they did.

I ordered some strip lights from this company and my item was never received... however they did issue me with a refund without even contacting me.

I would never order from this company again a total waste of time!

Regarding my order.

The product I received was is not as I asked for.

I specifically asked of this light when mounted on the wall would rotate left and right, and up and down. The customer representative said yes, it rotated left right and up and down.

I confirmed I was not talking about the PIR, I was talking about the light itself. And again the customer representative said yes, the light rotated on last right and up down axis.

So I bought it on this premise.

I opened it today and it does not rotate on left to tight axis, hence its not what I I was told, hence it is not what I ordered, it is not fit for purpose.

I want a full refund because of this from them , and I am not going to pay the return postage, why should I, I was not in the wrong.

Their customer representative told me a lie, and now the light is now what I need,

I bought 2 packs of 2 15W LED floodlights. I hadn't really considered the size of the units in advance, but I was amazed just how small they were and sceptical that they would produce enough light to replace huge 70W Sodium units. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! The light output is actually better (I would say their claim of equivalent to 100W MH or sodium is spot on). I have no idea what their lifespan will be, but they do come with 2 years warranty so for £9 a unit I don't think you can really go wrong (I was paying nearly that for a replacement sodium ignitor bulb each time I needed one!)
Best of all, I can run 4 of these LED floodlights and use less electricity than a single 70W sodium unit. My only annoyance was that I also ordered a 200W LED unit at the same time. The order was accepted (stock showed that they had one available) but 2 days later I got an email saying "out of stock, don't know when we will be getting new stock in". Some might say this would be enough to reduce my rating to 4 stars, but they refunded the difference within 10 mins with a further apology, so it was hard to be really annoyed.
In summary, great lights, great price. Buy with confidence. LE won't let you down.

Absolutely horrible product lifecycle and customer service. I bought a $200 led light which lasted 3 year. Similar products from other companies last 5-10 years and more. Their products are cheaply made Chinese junk. I would recommend others not to trust LE PRO products or buy their lights. If you buy their products, you will pay for poor quality products. I decided to purchase the replacement led light from another company for a better product and better warranty. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Most of the reviews on this website are false.

Purchased 5W G9 LED bulbs. Arrived in a few days and work well. Really happy with price and quality

It seems like I have had a similar experience to many on here with Lighting EVER... products not in stock and no communications... the small amount of my order they did fulfill was drop-shipped via Amazon Germany.. they never answer their phones, but eventually they did promise a refund... which wasnt processed so I have had to open a PAYPAL DISPUTE.
Lighting EVER is now insisting that the dispute is closed before they will provide my refund, I don't think this is aligned with PayPal policy and I am certainly not comfortable with this companies practices.

I bought a four pack of the outdoor motion sensor lights got them installed yesterday after letting them charge for a day in the sun and they worked excellent. I was surprised at how much light they put out.

Terrible company to deal with.

Ordered and paid on 13/04/20 - emailed them 5 times to chase the order - NO RESPONSE from them.

At this moment in time they have just taken my money !!

Absolute useless customer service. Ordered outside light, said was in stock, (London address) and delivery 3-5 days. Waited over 2 weeks for it to come from Germany !!!!
Sent numerous e-mails for update and refund as I thought I had been scammed...........NOTHING. TOTALLY IGNORANT.
I would give NO stars if there was an option. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
