Spoke to Hanna. She was very helpful and suggested a 4 month package for our hot tub- which we purchase from you. She also solved the problem for us that not all of the jets were working. It was as simple as knowing how to use the diverter knob. Thanks!

Lifesmart customer service was the…
Lifesmart customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. They would not send someone out to repair our hot tub, finally after sever calls and a couple of weeks they finally did. The repair company said it could be two things and fixed one of them, the hot tub still didn't work correctly. So call the manufacturer again and they said would not send anyone out to repair it. They basically told me to return if we weren't happy with it, a couple days later it started to leak so we returned it. Don't recommend anyone to buy a lifesmart hot tub! 😡
