Simply beautiful just the perfect gift for my wife to be the night before

Lovely product, of course, but what impressed me most was the helpful and friendly communication from the Life Less Ordinary people. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that really cares about its customers, however small the order.

My son is a tennis player and he wears his bracelet all the time, including during his matches. The first time it snapped, second time it kept loosening up and he lost it without noticing. The third (recent one) was made the way that it tightens up with a more grippy sliding so it doesn't loosen up with fast arm movements while playing tennis. He is very happy with its design and quality and believes it brings him luck. The communication with Joe was always excellent on numerous occasions and it just shows how highly he values all his customers.

This was my first purchase and I was super happy. The wallet was beautiful, well made with excellent quality material, finishings and outside+inside engravings. Joe and Amie replied quickly to my queries and the wallet arrived within a few days. I surely will purchase again from this company and I recommend it.
