Excellent service from start to finish !

From start to finish, the service I received was faultless. They went above and beyond to make sure I was kept up to date and that the work was carried out quickly. Having my car returned to me in immaculate condition was an added bonus. Everyone I spoke couldn't have been nicer. Excellent in every aspect.

After i was backed into my insurance company ref me to yourselves and i made the following observations.
1. All the arrangements were taken care off without any hassles by yourselves.
2. Pick up and return went smoothly on time and without any problems.
3. The driver, Simon was so helpful and went beyond anything i expected..... A DEF ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.
4. The work was spotless and you cant even tell anything was damaged.
5. The car was returned valeted to an incredible degree.

Excellent service throughout with great communication from start to finish. Vehicle was collected from my home and delivered back after repairs were completed. I was kept up to date throughout and collection/delivery time of vehicle was agreed over the phone. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. The car was collected from my address which was welcome given the 100+ miles distance and a quality courtesy car delivered a couple of days later. The repair took slightly longer than expected, but this was due to delays in getting hold of parts, and the staff were superb at keeping me updated with progress.

When finished, the car was returned to me looking like new.

All in all a really positive experience that took the stress out of dealing with an unwanted situation.

L and I LINCOLN NORTH did a fantastic job of my new car after somebody’s door fell out with it. I really can’t believe that it was damaged. A professional and polite company that ( please don’t happen again) will do anything necessary to make it as easy as possible for you plus the aftercare service was unexpected but appreciated nonetheless. Five stars all round, thanks everybody.

Many thanks to Hayley Easton and all the staff at Carluke. First class, friendly, and courteous service from everyone I spoke to, daily updates and helpful advice. My car was returned to me in less than a week, fully repaired, shining like a new pin and much quicker than I had anticipated.

Unfortunately had an accident in my car and the front was quite badly damaged and passenger door wouldn’t open.
From the moment my insurance company contacted Land I Eaton Keith Branch we had a very efficient service.
My car was drivable so a very pleasant gentleman arrived at my home address with a courtesy car and he drove my car back to Keith for repair.
We were notified when the garage received the car and we were told that we would receive regular updates on the repair progression.
Indeed we received twice a week regular updates!
We got our car back a couple of days ago and it was immaculate-wonderful body repair and respray-you would never know that the car had been damaged!
It had been cleaned and polished inside and out-just lovely!
A very pleasant gentleman called Stuart delivered the car and paperwork completed quickly.
I had a courtesy call yesterday from the girls in the office to make sure I was happy with everything-indeed I was!
A very pleasant,efficient company and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great garage and such lovely people. From the first sweet young lady on the phone to the nice young man who picked my car up and brought it back, everyone has been helpful and so very pleasant. Many, many thanks for making a rather small bump so much easier. Thank you all!!!

I am happy to say that I was dealt with highly professionally and with lots of care. The repairs to my car were carried out immaculately and within the timeframe given to me. I would highly recommend L&I Eaton without any reservations. I would give 10/10 for all aspects.

❌️❌️❌️Please EVERYONE AVOID L & I Eaton Edinburgh.. my car was crashed into on 23rd January 25 my car got towed away to this absolutely sham of a garge where it sat for 7 weeks. They told us the damage to the car within 3 weeks the repairs had been complete and my partner got a call to say the back passage side alignment needed fixed to book it into Nissan that was fine asked when we would get car back the engineer told him it was going for a valet and someone would contact him (this was friday) by Wednesday we still hadn't heard anything so I called for an update to be told we are waiting on your insurance company giving us the go ahead for the repairs to my shock I asked what repairs she told me my suspension was broken but it wasn't the crash that caused that because the damage was on the other side 🙃 #lies so I called my insurance company who also hadn't heard anything. Anyways alot of calls and very suspicious chats back and forward between garage and insurance company i had to put in a new insurance claim pay another lot of excess 😡. Anyways done that and took nearly 3 weeks for that to be complete. Mean time we are tracking the car on our Nissan app to find it was driven for 2hours & 5 mins through February bare in mind the suspension was broke and done 29 trips! Don't understand how that is possible. The customer service for this company is zero. I mean the full 7 weeks we had to call for updates we where met with rude disrespectful and arrogant members of staff who spoke down to us! I have receipts for all of these events with proof of the car being driving so feel feel to message me at any point. But please AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS!!!!!!! To add insult to the wound they have just called to say there is damge to courtesy car and we need to make another insurance claim don't think so!!! ❌️❌️❌️ If I could I would give this company minus stars i do think the staff need to go on a course how to talk to customers ❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️
