L&I Eaton have been nothing short of excellent in their service after my accident; from the communication to the repairs themselves. With phone calls once or twice a week and an online service tracking your repair status, you’ll never be left wondering. As much as I hope I never need their services again, I’ll know I’m in great hands if I do.

From start to finish a 5 star service. L&I Eaton kept me up to date with how the repairs were going throughout the process. Delivered home in what I can only say was in an immaculate condition, valeted beyond showroom condition.

I cannot fault the team at the Keith Branch for their hard work. The ladies in the office were so helpful and friendly, as well as the drivers. It made it such an easy experience. I was very lucky to only be without my vehicle for a couple of days and they worked around me to make sure the car was returned at a time that suited me.

The professional way in which my car was handled was second to none. From the initial phonecall to the return of my car, L&I Eaton (Keith Branch) cannot be faulted. Twice weekly reports on what was happening with my car were so reassuring too.

Was very happy with my recent experience with L & I Eaton Keith branch, we had just arranged to trade in our car when someone reversed into it, L & I Eaton were great and had the car estimated and offered to begin repairs all within a week of having the accident. They were very understanding of our situation and did everything they could to get our car fixed and back to us as soon as possible. Reception staff were great at keeping us updated and they were by far the easiest to deal with throughout the whole claim process.

Very happy with my experience, my car is now back in tip top condition. The staff were all lovely and professional. I would have given a 5*, however, one small thing that could have been better...I was without a car from the monday until the thursday,due to my car being at kwikfit and they wouldn't issue a courtesy car until mine was in their possession. That was frustrating and caused a bit of hassle. Other than that, their service was fab.

Absolutely top notch service when my car went into the garage in Keith for some work. From collection, all the way through the work, and delivery, was very impressed.
Kept up to date all all times by the very knowledgeable staff. The car was returned clean and the work was carried out to a high standard. Loved the video that they sent me of the car just before it was delivered back.

Every step of the way, employees kept me informed, were courteous, and kind. They made allowance for my disabilities without being patronising. The car was valeted to ‘new’ and even behind my backrest was vacuumed! That level of professionalism is rarely seen

Following an accident we had to put our jeep to L&I Eaton. Our experience was fantastic. The friendly reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, communication was super. The repairs were carried out to a high standard and the car was spotlessly clean when we collected it! Very good experience, many thanks to all involved in the repair of our vehicle!

Excellent repair work and very good at keeping you updated on the vehicle progress through the cars repair if it was not on the insurance repair Rita would use them anyway.

2 hours after notifying insurance company we were contacted by the liverpool branch to say thet they will be doing repairs and told us to come within the hour (as they were closing )to pick up a courtesy car.
Car we received was perfect and virtually brand new. People at the company were very professional and really lovely with us. Very informative regarding new vehicle and the process was excellent throughout.
