We used licenselogix for a Florida money transmitter license. We received a reply from the state with 26 unanswered questions from the application. Not to mention it took them 10 months to submit the application after receiving our payment. I highly advise staying away from this company. They actually deserve 1 star not

Their service is poor, slow, and inaccurate. DO NOT USE THEM!
I used them because I am overseas. They did not do what I paid for until I had to follow up with them repeatedly, then they sent my license to the wrong address. I told them to cancel my account with them and never charge me again, then about 6 months later they charge me to renew the license.

They are cheats, and do not know how to run their business. Using them will subtract value from your business. Do not do it.

It was a pleasure to work with this very professional group. We will continue to work with them going forward.

Truly awful company to work with. I used LicenseLogix when signing up with IncFile because I wanted peace of mind that I was signing up for the right licenses and permits for my business. Their "research" was incomplete, and I was set back at least a month because they misclassified my business and forgot to send me a fictitious business name statement.

Ashneel sent a cheeky email soliciting a review, and I wanted to give them a chance to remediate, so I first wrote back to them to see if they could fix this. They redid the research, but it was STILL inaccurate. They sent me a business permit application for the wrong city, then said it would be an ADDITIONAL charge to research permits for other cities I wished to do business in. Research! Not to actually complete the applications for me or anything.

I don't think Ashneel is very thorough at this job, and it is very hard to justify the cost of this service, ESPECIALLY when their mistakes will cost you time and money. Please look just about anywhere else for assistance. There are loads of local small business help programs out there, which are far more helpful, and often free.

I tried to work with them but they wanted me to turn over personal account info and SS # of our company owners. I don't have a problem paying them for the service of researching our licensing requirements but I can fill out our own forms and submit them directly to the state. I definitely will not turn over that kind of info to a third party. I really could use their help but that is asking too much.

We contracted with License Logix well over a year ago. They are quick to take funds for service, then not provide the service. They have misrepresented my company to the boards of pharmacy and have caused delays in application processing. In many instances, they had filed the wrong applications and we had to start all over again. Their is an overwhelming lack of accountability and follow through. We have had to step in on multiple occasions to fix issues created with License Logix on multiple instances.

As a new business owner I try to use them
For my trucking company it was a waste of time,money,and zero result and yes$400 down

End up doing my work (FOLEY SERVICES)
it was easy and quick and not like licenselogix we’re I was paying them but they what me to do all the F$&?ing research

I have found it to be very difficult to start generating a following and creating clientele for my business, and I'm looking forward to seeing the results from the license generating pros! I will give a follow up review after I see the results, but based on the promptness of LicenseLogix LLC I am suddenly not feeling so overwhelmed by the many, many things that have been SCREAMING in my head for the past couple of weeks 😡🤬🤯

Waste of money, I used incfile to form my LLC and added the research package thru licenselogix one they sent me last years form, then two after reaching out to a county employee finding out I need one more permit and tax form for my jurisdiction. Awesome thanks for not doing your job, wasting my time (7 days) waiting for your email with useless forms and uncompleted research

they charger for additional fees and they won't notice you at beginning. Need careful doing business with them

I am pleased to get my license review package very quickly. I called after with a few questions and received prompt service and excellent service. I have now ordered their services and look forward to saving a ton of my time!

then this is the company to work with! I've worked with Peter Mangs at licenselogix.com to fast track licenses for my new hemp cbd company.
