Libristo personnel and support was very good, but the carrier they use DPD continue loosing the parcels and you need to reorder.
Libristo personnel and support was great, but they use DPD for delivery and of course the books did not arrive. DPD does not even have a real support (they never answer the phone), so they had no idea where the parcel was. the books i ordered were supposed to arrive within 2 weeks, due to this problem I had to reorder them so my son who already started school will receive his books with 1 month delay. Please do not use DPD, out of 4 sending they lost all 4 things I ordered with them. And a lot of time.

As always, perfect delivery, books in perfect condition. Timing as promised. This time not needed, but in the past perfect customer service as well. Nothing to remark. If I want new books, this is where I will order them again and again.

10/10 experience, will order again
I had a wonderful first time experience with Libristo, I ordered the ‘Summer I turned pretty’ trilogy and the team immediately informed me when the availability of the books changed. Books arrived relatively quickly after they became available again, perfect condition, brand new. A big thank you to both Sabrina and Emily, they were wonderful and professional all the way through. Will definitely order more books from Libristo, it was a very pleasant experience altogether! :)

Really good service
Books came in on time. However, one of the books was damaged. I sent them a mail explaining the damage, and got response in 24 hours. They suggested to have the book returned + full refund. They even organised the return themselves and had my package picked up at home. Couldn't recommend this company more!

Fast shipping, bad packaging
I was pleased with the fast shipping, however the packaging was lacking. The books weren’t packed safely, they were only in a cardboard packaging which was too small for my 3 books, and the package was with gaping holes on the sides. The books could have easily be water damaged.

I ordered two books supposedly in french. When I received I was utterly disappointed: they have been written either by google trad or by a blind baboon. Unreadable. I sent back both of them, waiting for my money back...

Sceptical at first - Very satisfied in the end
I was kind of sceptical at first, but the amazing choice and good prices won the day for me.
The books came very well packed and protected (the most important parameter for me, in general and for that particular order of heavy, hardcover books), in timely manner.
The only thing I would like to be improved is the monitoring of the process following the order : I was expecting detailed info on when the order was physically shipped, estimated arrival date, which courier, etc. I had to ask Libristo directly to get news about the shipping process, which is a bit annoying.
All in all, a very satisfying experience, much more than Amazon were books are thrown like garbage inside thin cardboard boxes where they get torn and dented…
