2016 CLS400 went in for first service since purchased 6 months ago. The HVAC control panel was acting up and dealer discovered a leak of some sort that was unknown to me. Called Liberty, spoke with John, both items were covered without hesitation. So glad I chose Liberty Bell for my Extended Warranty.

Jeff Lewis was the first to reach out to me and was helpful and quick to return phone calls when I had questions. Hopefully the program protects me from unexpected/emergency repairs. I will be back to update my review if that happens and what the outcome was.

I found out about Liberty Bell Auto Protect from my son, John Fields, who had recently purchased a high quality used car and investigated several companies and decided to sign a contract for protection of his car with Liberty Bell. He gave me the name of Frank Moore and I was able to contact him directly. Frank was able to explain what the company could offer and sent plenty of information for me to review. He was careful and sensitive about explaining everything and it did not take me long to make it official and sign the contact and start the project. Who doesn't cringe when unsolicited salesmen call? Especially insurance salesmen with Jersey accents! For some reason I gave Jeff Lewis a few seconds of my time and ended up buying a three year protection policy. I needed the coverage and the price was extremely competitive. Jeff is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Gave me the best rate Liberty had to offer at this time. I compared this plan with the one offered by my Ford dealer and Liberty is the best way to go. If you can cut Jeff a break on the Jersey accent, he and Liberty will definitely give you superior service and a great deal on auto protection policy.

Liberty Bell Auto Protect is an excellent company and in particular the agent I dealt with Ryan Hunter went above and beyond answering my Numerous questions and remained Professional and calm during the whole period unlike some other company that became somewhat aggressive when asked what they considered too many questions. 5 Stars for Ryan and Liberty Bell.

Agent was very accommodating and got me a real good policy for a great price. That is what I was looking for and set my mind at rest. Car problems are one of the worst things that can happen to a person and especially someone who drives a lot of miles to work and needs the vehicle to stay consistent. UPDATE:
I've spent HOURS on the phone trying to reach someone to cancel my policy. They declined my repairs, and now that I need to cancel, I am unable to do so. I've tried every extension from 201-209. Many VM are full and hang up. I left VM's for those that were not full. I let extension 209 ring for over 5 minutes with no answer....its ringing as I write this....

I am wondering if they are out of business. They are non responsive when you try to contact them. Looking to the BBB and a lawyer for support.

Needed to spend some time shopping warranties. Liberty Bell was the first site that allowed me to fill out the contact form, and I received a call within minutes. Jeff Lewis was the service provider and was extremely easy to talk to. Found him informative, no upselling, and felt the price was very fair.

I dont have time to shop around and play games with sales people. Jeff, thankfully, was straight to the point for me.

I have not had to use them but they give me everything that was offered to me.

I was very pleased with the overall experience when purchasing the 5 year plan with Liberty Bell Auto Protect. Mr. Jeff Lewis, agent, was extremely helpful with explaining the program. He was very accommodating and worked it out to, not only give me a discounted rate, but also to alert me to a way where I could take advantage of the discount the day of contact, when my financial status was not what it needed to be at the time.

Since my review above, 4 years later, it has been an unfortunate opportunity to inform you that the company filed for bankruptcy. I am in the process of getting my money back😔

The process of getting the policy very easy! I am very appreciative of the time Frank took to answer all my questions and to make sure I had the right coverage. I called several times and talk to him for more than an hour on the and I was never rushed once or given a negative attitude. I am very appreciative of the process so far. I haven't had to call for a claim but hopefully that process is as smooth as this was. I will update with claim process if I every have to file a claim. This review is just for customer service so far
