Transmission fixed
I had a recent claim with Liberty Bell. Their warranty helped me get my transmission fixed. I did end up waiting a few days but they paid for the rental car. Their claim department was easy to work with. I have their warranty plan for the last three years now and so far no issues. Keep up the excellent work!
Purchased the Platinum Prime warranty…
Purchased the Platinum Prime warranty several months ago. My first usage was After the check engine light came on. Called Liberty Bell to make sure I filed a claim properly...went to an ASE certified shop and 4 issues were diagnosed. two being fuel intake and O2 sensors, one being a door handle and last being a coolant leak from a moulding. ALL of which were declined by Liberty Bell out of hand as the Sensors were "emissions (which they are not) and the coolant leak being a pip/tube (which its not). Basically if their interpretation is in conflict with the ASE certified shop who is looking at the car the items (which are not excluded) are not covered. No reasoning was to be had and when I asked for a full refund their only offered a prorated refund. This organization and their contract is a total scam. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Their extended warranty was easy to use. My transmission was going bad in my car and I needed to get it fixed. The repair shop called Liberty Bell for the approval for the repair, all I had to do was pay the deductible of $50. very happy with their service. I would say they are a good company.
Very deceptive contract cancellation…
Very deceptive contract cancellation language.
Under cancellation they state they have a $75.00 cancellation fee if you do not cancel in 30 days. In an unrelated section not labeled cancellation they have a another $250.00 cancellation fee after 30 days. This provision deals with who gets the refund if you have financed. They bury the added fee so you wont see it. Very crooked company. Why are there multiple cancellation amounts based on the same 30 days? To defraud the customer. There is no legitimate reason to do this. A reputable company does not draw up their contracts this way.

Had few issues with my transmission and Liberty Bell Auto paid $3700 towards new transmission replacement. I am glad that I had this Extended warranty coverage. I will be purchasing another service contract for my other car. Worth the money. Special Thanks to John (Claims) for all your help.
Great experience!
My agent Frank was super informative and helpful throughout the entire sign up process. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered a great package deal. Highly recommend!
Very Satisfied with Liberty Bell Auto claim
Very Satisfied with Liberty Bell Auto Protect with my recent claim process. Had a Car warranty policy with them for about a year. Last week filed a claim for my BMW X3 With rear differential issue. They just replaced it and no cost from my end. You guys saved me during these tough financial times. Special Thanks to the Claims Manager who coordinated with me.
Horrible
Horrible! Did not cover the claim and we were sold a policy that they had no intention of holding up. The said that the dealership said one thing and when we contacted the dealership for the repair the dealership said they never said what the representative at Liberty Bell Said. I will be posting reviews on every platform so that no one else falls for their scam.

Good service
Liberty bell was hard to get ahold of with the COVID 19 stipulation..... but they got back to me and stood behind what they said they would.
End of they day I was skeptical but I had a good experience with my first claim.
Thank you
SHORT ANSWER :DO NOT FALL FOR nice…
SHORT ANSWER: DO NOT FALL FOR nice salespeople !!!! All the good reviews are sales experience, they are NOT claim experience at all, you can read them all. NOW if YOU HAVE TIME READ ON:
RIGHT AFTER YOU FEEL YOU GOT A GREAT DEAL, THEY WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE REVIEW ON GOOGLE AND OTHER SOCIAL media and websites, WHICH YOU WILL, BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU GOT A GOOD DEAL.
BUT, when it's time to the claim, you will see how s***** they are.
I got their highest available contract(which it's supposed to cover everything and they were comparing it to actual manufacturer warranty) and I paid fully upfront.
After a couple of months My camshaft adjuster which is part of the engine (engine and transmission is part of even the most basic contract that every single extended warranty company offer) went bad, I took it to the dealer they told me it going to cost me $8,500 to fix it and they call these people and they just approved $300, can you believe the s***???? their reason was it's not in the contract, but, the engine was in the contract, and this part is PART of the engine!!! Have you EVER see any contract to put EVERY single part on their contract? the answer is NO!!! they put the component in their contract which SHOULD and WILL cover all parts and labor in that component!!!! but, as I said, these people ARE shady, and make money this way!!!
Then I start to shop around for the third party shops, and I found a shop in which they were willing to do the same job for only $2,900, they still didn't approve the claim for full. And the reason was this is a special part, didn't they know what car am I getting extended warranty for???
The shortest story about this shady company is, they try to get your business and give you a feeling that you got a really good deal and charge you all up front, and they are hoping nothing going to go bad with your car and if it does they will try to lowball it, and if you be aggressive towards them like what I did, they will try to give You a courtesy approval A little more than what they approved initially (in my case was $300 for an $8,500 reaper), and at the end, they will try to give you a partial refund of your money back and they will have you sign a waiver to do not file any complaint or sue them because of their misbehavior.
If you want to go through this hell that I went with these people, feel free to waste your time and money on this shady company. And have a fake piece of hope that your car has an extended warranty!!!!
SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM!!!!!!😢

First Rate coverage
First off, Greg was a true professional. I shopped the market and found Liberty Bell Auto has by far the best coverage at the most competitive price. I just bought a 2005 jaguar xj and found with the other car warranty companies they would only cover a small portion of car. Liberty Bell Auto covered everything bumper to bumper. They also covered the car with a longer mileage coverage than any other warranty company. I would strongly recommend this company for a warranty plan.
