Great idea, simple implementation, very good packaging, perfect outcome !

I bought a kit as a Xmas gift this year and my recipient was truly amazed by this unique, creative and well-thought-out product. I can’t personally speak to the actual creation of the string art (as this was a gift), but I would like to acknowledge the amazing and utterly responsive customer service I received during some snag in the shipping process. Thanks to their fantastic support the gift made it to the recipient without delay. :-)

Good fun to do… would be better if you could buy extra boards instead of having to cut up what you have spend 6hrs doing.

Bought as a present. My wife had downloaded the app and it won't process the images. Reached out to customer services, no response.

I have ordered two of these. The first one was great and really fun to do! However, the second one was somewhat more frustrating. I set it up as per the instructions and as I did previously and experienced no problems however, the second one kept tangling. I did email customer service and provided them photos but they were very slow at replying and appear to have stopped all together now. It has taken them that long to respond I was no longer in a position to send them further photos.

The idea of having enough string to do 3 pictures is a bit pointless to me… I wouldn’t want to spend 6-8 hours doing my canvas to then cut it all up again… they should really have the option of being able to buy the board separately too!!

I received this as a gift for Mother’s Day .I have really enjoyed the project you do need to have patience whilst working on the picture it was a fantastic feeling when I could actually see the picture coming together,and can’t wait to get more just wish they were not so expensive I would give more stars if I could

I had problems with the delivery of my package, but then the team from Let's String contacted me and found a solution, while keeping me in the loop at every step. I received the package a few days later as promised and in good condition. Very good customer
service and I am excited to try it.

The shipping was really fast, less than a week. It was really easy to learn how to start and it was a lovely experience. The music was also really relaxing and made me forget about all bad things.

I received a Let’s String kit for Christmas and was very impressed with the quality and instructions. It was fun seeing the image come together. I will be asking for another kit for my birthday!

I placed an order on the 14th, and it was supposed to be shipped the next day, but nothing. I’ve been trying to contact them for days, but they don’t respond to anything. Stay away.

A really nice ideea for a gift! I received the package in the estimated time (europe) and everything was in the package.

Even though there were no reviews here on trustpilot, I liked the idea so much, I just took a chance.
Package is exactly as advertised!
Arrived in 3 days to Romania.
I highly recommend them.
