FIVE STARS! Have just bought a white Gold half eternity ring in Diamond and blue Topaz for my wife and have to say she, and I, are delighted with it. The stones are beautiful, colourful and sparkle really well.
The whole experience, including asking if they would resize my wife’s engagement ring, has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience from start to finish. Not only was delivery very quick but I was kept informed on every aspect throughout by email or phone.
Both Sara and Louis were very considerate, friendly and helpful. I can honestly say it is one of the nicest companies I have ever dealt with. Gems of London are a real credit to their industry and I highly recommend them.

One slight problem was it was sent with incorrect chain length, eventually resolved by the company when they finally checked their spam email, who then sent me out the right length chain and did not require the other one returned

Excellent service and ring was as described. However, the reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the website didn’t give dimensions of the ring and it was much smaller than I anticipated.

I bought a beautiful eternity ring from these and was very pleased with how they dealt with my order.i was informed when it was being shipped and when to expect it.it was beautifully boxed with a hand written note with my message on! The ring was to small so I phone them and they said to post back with required size which I did.they told me they had received it and sent out new one so really happy with service.through my experience I would 100 percent recommend.😁

I have bought two rings from Lets Buy Gold and absolutely love them both, I receive lovely compliments about them all the time. I had excellent Customer Service and nothing has ever been too much trouble; I can't imagine I will ever shop on the High Street again, if I wanted another ring.

I do not recommend buying a ring to give a birthday gift, and the days the ring changed color, stained skin, and they did not give me a guarantee, very poor quality.edith
