Anytime I call the office or whenever they call me the treaty me with maximum respect. They are very professional and also the carer are very kind.

My brother, suffers from schizophrenia, and has carers four times a week taking him out for socialisation, shopping and community interaction with people like himself.
Richard loves going out with his carers and it is the highlight of his week. They are kind and caring and understanding of Richard's condition.

The service is very good, the carers are well trained and kind and admin is efficient, honest and welcoming. I have never had a problem with this company and I have been with them for 3 years. They are professional and ethical in everything that they do.

I like my support workers and coordinators. I have two for work and one for social support. We do hair cut and podiatri plus parties and bb cues.

I use AFEA as my NDIS co-ordinator with my father being my nominee. We deal with Laurence Cirino and she is so pro active, helpful and getting things done is no issue. I will be continuing with AFEA as long as I have Laurence to support me

My issue was electrical..afea sent an electrican to fix problem with lights in my room flickering.

Great support from Taylor! She acts upon all of my feedback and suggestions to ensure that communication is clear.
The four stars however, are due to some breaks in communication regarding my services when there is a change. These seem to occur when I ring and telephone staff pass on my messages to her. While I'm glad that Taylor and I send each other regular emails as follow ups, she doesn't always get the corrrect info from other staff. This has also been an issue with some of my carers, and has been ongoing since I started with AFEA. Overcoming this hurdle will guarantee a 5-star rating from me!

Afea always keeps me in touch regarding the carers. the carers do a good job taking care of my brother.
