The Leora representative Kamal who interviewed me on Thursday this week was especially helpful and easy to communicate with. Additionally Kamal was able to drive me to the University of Sydney (where I am a third year student) after the interview/application process. I really appreciated this. Thank you Kamal and leora!

I am not given to positive feedback, however I am compelled to give Leora Healthcare a more than favorable review.Initially,I was apprehensive as they changed times/ contacts less than 45 mins notice.
The case manager was so proactive, and was probably oneof the most understanding person known , unfortunately she no longer is employed .
I had a very significant requirement, asa self managed client I wanted to use a service that has supported me over 10 years.
They required a service agreement which went for 36 pages.
After a month of confusion, LEORA HEALTHCARE, directed my case manager (new ) plus a language speaking client to assist in onboarding.
I doubt if there is another company willing to go this xtra mile.
I am happy to provide any reference in relation to this company.

We are with Leora- (formerly AFEA) for a long time. We find them reliable, efficient, respectful and honest. If there is any change in Carer's scheduled timing or change in Carer coming to our home we are informed in advance with the name and profile of the person coming.
Whenever we are charged for the service it is immediately reported to us about the charges claimed by the service provider. The carers maintain the times of arrival most of the time and if they are late or coming early we are informed accordingly in advance.
Leora is well managed. We expect them to train their carers more while working with blind people.

The communication and flexibility are amazing. never an issue when we need to change service times/days. always friendly and accommodating to the client's needs.
