I ordered Imani and Karly frames, prescription is the right one. I can see well in my glasses and I love them. Can’t wait for Namibia to be on the list again so I order more of them😍.

Absolutely love these glasses! They fit perfectly the quality exceeded my expectations and the lenses are crystal clear. Stylish, comfortable, and affordable!!

I have a very strong prescription with progressive added, so I started with trying 1 pair of glasses first. They were perfect and I love them! So I ordered 2 more! 1 pair was perfect! And 1 pair didnt fit very well. With communication over email and trying to make them straight, it just didnt work. And they sent me a new pair without the hassle of sending the other pair back! I will totally be ordereding agin! Thank you so much to everyone one involved, buying glasses is a big deal for me as I have wore them since I was 6 and now 54, that is alot of years with the buying struggle! After all glasses are the accessories for the face!!

Really recommend buying from their website especially because you can try the glasses on virtually (and that really help) I was really surprised by the large selection of choices there is for any age and gender. Once arrived the glasses are of great quality and very comfortable to wear. All glasses come with a cleaning cloth and a hard case to carry them in.

Avoid this company if you rely on your glasses for everyday vision.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I waited approximately a month for my prescription glasses to arrive, only to discover that they had been manufactured using the wrong prescription. The manufacturing slip included with my order did not match the prescription I submitted.

I immediately contacted Lensmart and spent the next two to three weeks sending emails, attaching evidence, and explaining the issue over and over again. Instead of reviewing the evidence I had already provided, I received generic responses that completely ignored the actual problem. My questions went unanswered, and I repeatedly had to explain the same issue.

At one point I was asked to record and send a video, despite already providing the manufacturing slip that came with the glasses. I also received contradictory responses about the prescription used, yet nobody addressed the discrepancy shown in the documentation I had submitted.

To make matters worse, the only solution eventually offered was a refund for the frame only, while I was expected to absorb the cost of lenses that were manufactured incorrectly.

This has left me without usable glasses for weeks. My vision has worsened during the time I have been waiting for a proper resolution, and I have had to spend nearly two months dealing with delays, incorrect glasses, and poor customer service instead of being able to see properly.

Prescription glasses are not a fashion accessory they are a medical necessity for many people. Based on my experience, I have no confidence in Lensmart’s quality control or customer service, and I would not recommend ordering prescription glasses from them.

Update: Lensmart requested my order number in response to this review. My order number is C26060654535651780. I look forward to a resolution based on the documentation already provided.

The glasses had my prescription and were in perfect condition. I loved the different colors to choose from and the styles. arrived earlier than expected. definitely would purchase again!

They have a nice selection and the price prices are good. Placed an order and never received glasses. Was told to go on some website that handles the packages and basically had a bot resending me the same form to submit over and over but the form didn’t work. Anytime I hit the return button nothing would happen. Feeling like I’ve been scammed.

I did receive my glasses, unlike so many others, but Lensmart refused to return them even though they manufactured glasses with wrong prescription. I can’t see anything out of them! I’ve been going back and forth through email. They are in another country so it takes them 24 hours to respond. They continue to lie and claim the correct prescription was used. They refuse to make it right unless I have my eye Dr make a video to prove the prescription is incorrect. Ridiculous scammers!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be aware of my experience.

I ordered a pair of progressive prescription glasses from Lensmart and uploaded my prescription as requested. At no stage during the ordering process was I asked to provide my Pupillary Distance (PD), which is essential for manufacturing progressive lenses correctly. The website accepted my order and payment without requesting this information.

When the glasses arrived, they were unusable. After contacting customer service, they confirmed that they had manufactured the lenses using a default international PD rather than my actual measurement. They also acknowledged that a difference in PD can affect visual clarity and the wearing experience.

Instead of taking responsibility for an ordering process that allowed the purchase to go ahead without an essential measurement, they repeatedly sent template responses stating that my prescription did not include a PD and offered only one solution: pay an additional US$76 (later reduced by 20%) to have the lenses remade.

By this point, I had already been forced to buy another pair of prescription glasses from a local optician at considerable expense because I needed glasses I could actually wear.

What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of customer care. Despite numerous emails, no one addressed my main concern: if a PD is essential for progressive lenses, why was I never asked for it before my order was accepted?

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lensmart. If you are ordering progressive lenses, make absolutely sure every measurement has been requested before placing your order, as you may otherwise end up paying twice.

I love the frame of the style of their glasses, the quality is also amazing.

placed 2 seperate orders and never recieved anything ,they do not give actual usps tracking information, a scam is what they are luckily got my money back because of the third party insurance when you check out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

The sunglasses i received is great quality. The frames are amazing and the fit perfect. The delivery was fast and I got exactly what I ordered.

It took exactly 16 from the day I placed my order until I got them in the mail. My glasses are so cute and the quality is amazing. Most importantly, I can see. They got my prescription perfect. I did send a few emails because I wasn't sure about the customization period versus the shipping period. If you don't have a prescription you'll get your glasses quick. My prescription is rather complicated so it took some time. All in all I will definitely being ordering more pairs, and I love how the glasses came with a case and a wipe cloth included in the order. Such a great company and they responded to every single email I sent within 24 hours. If you're questioning getting a pair, JUST DO IT!!!!...

The frames themselves were nice, but that’s where the positives end.

Instead of offering a clear resolution, I was repeatedly asked more questions while my actual request for a replacement or refund was ignored. Every response felt like another delay rather than an attempt to resolve the problem.

The most frustrating part was that I raised the issue within the return period, yet the process dragged on with no meaningful outcome. As a customer, it felt like I was being sent in circles instead of being helped.

I eventually had to pay to have the lenses replaced locally because I no longer had confidence that the issue would be resolved properly. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering prescription glasses online.

If you’re buying non-prescription frames, you may have a better experience. However, based on my experience, I would not trust Lensmart with prescription lenses or rely on their after-sales customer service.

Cheap prices mean very little if you receive glasses that aren’t usable and then struggle to get the issue resolved.

Lensmart glasses really surprised me. First, they arrived 2 weeks from ordering. Second, they are of high quality and fit perfectly and comfortably on the face. Third and most important, I was impressed that they got my prescription 100% correct. The lens is super clear. I am grateful o got them.
