For over five years, I've been a dedicated Lensme customer, even recommending them to many and showcasing their products on social media. My recent purchase of Anesthesia Anesthetic Fonesta lenses, however, was a complete letdown. Not only was the color different than expected, but the lenses blurred my vision after just a few hours. What's worse is the abysmal customer service I received. It took weeks to get a response, and after jumping through hoops (including destroying the defective lenses), my reasonable request for a replacement pair of my trusted Bella Elite Emerald Green lenses was denied. This complete lack of support for a loyal customer is shocking and frankly, feels like a betrayal. I'll be taking my business to Bella Elite directly and can no longer recommend Lensme.

Ordered a second pair of contacts. It was easy to place the order and kept notifying me of status at every step.

I just wanted to say, I've been shopping with Lens.Me for a few years now, and you guys are WONDERFUL! I made the mistake of ordering some lenses from a different company because they were MUCH cheaper, but "you get what you pay for". The lenses (while they had a brand name) were an inferior lens, and while wearing them, made my eyesight worse. They were terrible. I will NEVER make that mistake again. Your lenses are always true to the name and a MUCH better product! Thank you for staying consistent and keeping my vision clear! THANK YOU!!!

I love your contact lenses and have been buying from your company for a very long time. However, I did not give you 5 stars because sometimes the lenses are not very clear.

I made an order and never received it. They said it was delivered. I asked for a refund or if the company could resend the package and they denied my request.

I searched and searched spending close to a thousand dollars to find the perfect contacts to match my lifestyle and when I came across lens.me and fell in love with the Contacts named “Parati” I love them they don’t raise their price and they are consistent and reliable. Lens.me gets a 100% A+ from me. Try them you won’t be disappointed also darker eyes? They have lenses to brighten whatever look you want to just sprinkle a little glitter on. Love this brand.

I just received my colored contacts, and I am beyond happy with them! They look incredibly real, and I love how natural they appear. The packaging was also such a nice surprise—the cute makeup pouch was a great touch!

I also wanted to compliment the team on the super fast shipping and excellent customer service. The entire experience was smooth, and I truly appreciate the great communication throughout the process.

Always premium contact lens. Sells the positive power prescription I need in the color that I want. I am always hapoy with my order. My favorite is Hidrocor Buzios and I have dark brown eyes.

Do not use. They refuse refunds. I ordered the amara toffee coloured lens which was supposed to flatter my dark brown eyes. In the image the model has chocolate brown eyes. But the lenses they sent me for £35 were pink not brown tinged making me look like a zombie (but not in a good way lol. Really awful service and misrepresentative products that they should check. When I asked for a refund they refused and said it was not their policy to ever give refunds. Waste of money.

Do not purchase from this company. The lenses I received did not fit correctly, they were nowhere near what was advertised. Despite reaching out to their customer service team, I received nothing short of diabolical responses. There are plenty of other online companies to choose from—just check the reviews. Even after they contacted me following my social media post, nothing was resolved. Their disregard for proper customer service makes it clear they’re more interested in scamming you than in supporting their customers. Please see reviews from other customers , although they may have deleted some .

I was very happy because they didn’t take long to arrive and I was wanting to get a reliable place to order them. I have used freshlook for a long time now and I don’t like other brands because they don’t look natural as these brand

I made an order of Amara lenses, unfortunately, since I am in Europe, my order was held by customs for a long time, this of course is not the reason for my review of poor customer service. Together with my order they supposedly offered 6 contact lenses from Onya, for a try on, which was not true, since they only sent the lenses I bought. Not good publicity for the brands they sell. It would be better to not offer any and avoid disappointment from clients.
