I ordered a romper swimsuit and not only was it not as advertised in description or pictures, but one of the arm holes was stitched closed in the middle so it couldn’t be used. Very poor knock off I guess. I sent a photo and customer service replied that the order was correct and no problem. Just a scam. Sending non functioning garbage to paying customers. Do not buy from them

I also fell into the trap of the car vacuum cleaner, you order the product and receive another, less good product whose price is not even worth half of what they charged you. They also charge you a higher amount of money than necessary, if you are not vigilant enough and you do not complain, they will not refund you The difference. Their customer service is one of the worst I've come across --Stay away

Following lemon-coco site advertisement I ordered the juice machine plus accompanying juice cup order ID 23486S48124 in 12/06/2024 but actually received accompanying product only. Online customer service refused to send me another item and offered a refund that was ~75% less than the actual one.

The vacuum that I received was not the vacuum in the ad. It didn't have the same abilities to clean and inflate items. The price was in Canadian dollars and when I checked my visa it had changed me in an conversion of American funds. This made the less effective vacuum very expensive. I would not have chosen to buy the vacuum that I received.

Do not buy anything from this company. The juicer in the ad was not the pathetic product that I received. I pointed this out to them and requested a refund and was offered $2 USD. I paid $76 AUD all up for a worthless product that will just add to landfill as I wouldn’t even insult an op shop with it.

I agree with a previous reviewer about the tiny car vacuum cleaner. It is very small, has no blow function and you can only charge it up in your car while driving. I bought it in NZ dollars but they charged the postage in US dollars which is about double what I thought I was going to pay. I contacted the company and they did reply and offered a US$8 refund which they did pay. They did not print my review of their product on their website. I would never buy anything from them again

This company is a fraud, I wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order. I never received any products and they refuse to pay me my money back so people be careful. Do not throw your money in the garbage

I bought a portable mini vacum cleaner - in the commercial it looked fantastic - so powerful and multifunctional, but in reality : this is pure scam! It came poorely packed with a tiny manual which is a joke. It is so weak - fit as a toy for kids and no more. Definitely not worth 40$! And while in the commercial they showed that it can be used both as a vacum and as a blower, in reality this is not so and there is no option of blowing air. I feel cheated, and I am never going to buy anything else from lemon-coco. This is cheating and theft! Beware!

I bought a juicer. But they sent me a glass instead.

What a terrible rip- off company !
I'm afraid I fell for the video showing an amazing car vacuum, and got sent a flimsy piece of crap instead !! I paid $41+ as an extra gift for my husband, and I was so disappointed with the size, quality and lack of power. It arrived misassembled by a chimp, I think, and there is more power in my granddaughter's toy hoover ! I have e-mailed customer care and I'm sending it right back to the return address on the label, recorded delivery, and hoping to get some kind of refund.
I think it's disgusting that these companies are alowed to get away with this kind of behaviour.
Wish me luck.

Ordered 2 swimsuits that was supposed to have a romper with an attached bottom. Got bikini pants instead. Sizing is all wrong. Tried to return it. Even after sending a picture, was told this was what I ordered. It wasn’t and I have not been able to reach anyone since

Dirty cheating people. Do not care that they are taking people’s money as long as they get it. I ordered the vacuum.
I thought I could really use it in my car.
I also ordered one for my daughter with the same thought.

It is not the same vacuum even as the one in the video. It does not look the same and it sure does not work the same. Can not even lift up packing peanuts. It’s horrible!!!

DO NOT BUY the car vacuum which is falsely advertised. The product is cheaply made and has no suction, even a hair dryer has triple the power. When I complained about the product, the company advised me to send it back to China and a refund will be issued if the product is in good condition. Ha! The postage is costly so I’m keeping it as a reminder not to buy anything from this company. I’m sharing this experience to hopefully prevent others from wasting their money. And most importantly, I would like the company to stop making/selling this vacuum.

I sure wish I knew about trust pilot before ordering the little vacuum from lemon cocoa. Just don't do it people. I ordered two and they sent me four of the crappiest little things I've ever seen. I'm not even going to try for a refund because I am gone through it before and it's not worth the effort for a minimal refund. Spread the trust pilot word people.

The car charging vac is useless. Mine arrived with no accessories as to use as a blower. After sales service was just a run around. Final result was a $10 refund on a product that after conversion, taxes and shipping was around $90. Not impressed. Makes me sick in the stomach every time the ad appears trying to sell it

Abdolute scam. It couldn't even blow my hair back. Trash $2 item. They asked to send a video to them. 10 emails later and I gave up. Total waste of money. They should not be able to advertise with false videos.

I would give this minus 5 stars if I could. Absolute scam Us$46, $80 aust for a piece of rubbish. Offered me $2 compensation. Stay away from these shonks. Wish I read the reviews before I fell for this. DO NOT BUY.

Terrible company, I purchased the mini vacuum, it does not work, does not do what it says, and the best they can do is to offer to refund half my money and I get to keep the product, which is basically landfill. Stay away from this company and all their products.

Basically a scam, do not touch. Plenty of them these days, be aware.

I only put one star to get to the reviewer part. This is a rotten, dirty cheating company. Sent vacuum cleaner that's NOT the one advertised AND it does NOT work!!

No suction, no blowing button.
An absolute DUD. NO response to my customer care emails. STAY AWAY from them. There are a number of these companies now registered as if in UK . DON'T trust them.
