Low level crooks. Sent item different from what I ordered ànd paid for. Refused to refund so they lost (another) customer

I ordered a small tote bag from this company at the beginning of January with 12-20 day tracking. By the end of February I was worried, and began talking to customer service. I've never dealt with such awful, blunt and unhelpful people; I was told over and over to wait for my parcel to arrive until I raised the issue with PayPal in mid-March. All of a sudden, my item arrived with a 48 hour tracking label on it. So I guess Lemon Coco wait for you to forget about your parcel and claim that it's lost unless you go scorched earth on them and get third parties involved.

Additionally, their tracker is completely fake. They pretend their goods are from the US but they're from China. The bag that arrived wasn't anywhere near the quality photographed on their site - I probably should have guessed.

I bought a bag. It was advertised to hold a laptop, waterbottle etcetera...
Delivery took forever and when i finally received the bag it was barely able to hold mij waterbottle and wallet let alone a laptop! Im hoping the service wil be better and i can get a refund...

This company is a scam I would not recommend buying anything them

Ordered a bag in December, still has not arrived, I have asked for a refund and told to be patient.

Scam company. Fake tracking information. Customer service non existent. Insincere apologies without action or attempts at resolution. No item received after 2 months.
Apparently refunds only considered if item arrives. Convenient given that's unlikely to happen.
Do not purchase from this "company"

This company is a scam they are selling bogus products. They advertise Spider pattern HDTV atena free and claim that you can view over 700 channels across the world and it's all lies when you ask for your money back they give you 2 dollars and call it compensation

I am only giving a one star because 0 isn't an option.
The swimsuits I purchased couldn't have been more different from what was advertised!
Extremely poorly made, stitching coming undone & shape & quality is just awful!
Do not buy this product if you want quality.

Still waiting for my bag over 40 days, asked for refund, although their response is " be patient " and I've asked 4 times now and they keep fobbing me off, don't buy from them, scammers

Ordered 2 of the wooden puzzle bears. Promised within 2 weeks. After 2 months only one finally arrived and they put the names on the wrong bears! Put the fathers name on the medium size bear and the mothers name on the big bear. Do not buy anything from these guys or any ads on Facebook!

They take your money and then the item, in my case a tote bag, somehow gets lost in Lemon Coco’s generic shipping tracker. Asked for a refund due to goods paid for not being delivered, and no response.

Bought a juicer, received a different crappy product.

Customer service was horrific.

I ordered a juicer and got something unrelated. Send the thing ordered!

I also bought car vacuums & denied for them to be returned. Useless product for exorbitant price. False advertisers, don't touch them!

Lemon-Coco can improve by supplying goods that match their description!!!
I ordered 2 Car Vacs and received 4 which are useless, couldn't pick up a spec of dust, absolutely no suction.
Will not be buying anything from them again.

These people are scammers. Product ordered is not what you get & no customer service so refunds are not forthcoming. Stay away DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Ordered months ago. Still not received. The tracking looks not legit. I contact customer service, never replied.

Feels like a scam! I ordered the juicer and got a very diffrent one they claime is the same despite the fact I sent pictures of both. i said i"m not happy and want to reurn - they wrote back it will take a lot of time. I don't care - as long as it takes. really annoying!

I bought two what I thought was real powerful hand vaccums that would clean the vehicle. When I received it it barely sucked up anything even after 8 hours of charging, nothing. Very poor example of a business!! NEVER NEVER buy from them!!
