I paid for my package and it’s been a month that I haven’t received it and I sent them an email they are not replying

After ordering a bra which took forever to get to me. When I opened it, it was the worst looking contraption strapless bra.
I instantly quit back in the bag, taped it, and asked for return label. I’ve sent them two messages and now it’s been two weeks and still no response.. They only give you 30 days if it’s not returned back, I will not get my refund. Unbelievable.

My order never arrived! Was it actually sent or lost on the way?

Disappointing experience with both the product and customer service.

I ordered the Jelly-Glide™ Comfort Lift Bra in Vanilla Nude, size 2XL, and unfortunately the fit did not work for me. The cup size was much too small while the band size was far too large, so the proportions of the bra did not seem right.

I contacted LeiShape on July 25, 2026, within the return period, requesting either a return/refund or an exchange for another product that may be a better fit. As of this review, I have not received a response from customer service.

The product itself may work for some people, but based on my experience, I would be cautious ordering because if the item does not fit, getting help with a return or exchange appears to be very difficult.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Terrible customer service, no response for months, its impossible to return an item. Total scam of a company, I would never reccomend this. I will have to initiate a case with consumer protection authorities because I am honestly so gagged how they operate.

I don't like the product, it doesn't sit well at all.
I wanted to return it but they replied just once per email, promised a refund but then they completely vanished and never replied to my emails anymore. I've been waiting for +1 month and I think my money is gone, this is a pure scam.

Awful awful customer service.
You get bombarded by emails even when unsubscribed but no replies to any emails with concerns or problems.
I have emailed too many times to count about missing items in an order and absolutely no reply or resolution.
Should have known better really!

Horrendous have sent ten emails now requesting a return and they won’t email back. Sizing guidelines are all wrong .

Stay away from them.
They said they would refund if I provided pictures.
It's been 10 days since I sent them, I have sent numerous emails... nothing.

Fantastic products, very comfortable and light, easy to wash, come with multiple attachments, like bra extenders etc. Also really great customer service, first order came without any issues, I placed another order, however I chose the wrong size, they sent me a replacement order (even though the model I wanted didn't come in my size, I got to choose a different model), free of charge, and I didn't have to even return the wrong sized items. Every email replied swiftly and very politely. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Shitty bra, no support at all, bad shape, uni boob. To warm in the summer. Order a smaller size because the size chart is not accurate. And it took for ever to arrive.

Agree with the reviews: most definitely a SCAM!! Products are poor and returns not possible. A 50% refund promised (if products are not sent back) but never arrives.. Good business for them, bad for us. Avoid

I never received the products I ordered and customer service DOES NOT reply. I have sent them dozens of emails and they replied to my first one but then never again. At the beginning I just wanted to understand why it said my order had been delivered when it was not, and I just wanted the products to be delivered. Since they stopped replying, I asked for a refund. It's been almost 2 months and I have sent them more than 20 emails and they are not replying anymore. Do not waste your money buying from this brand.

Instagram should not advertise this company on their socials, I received the product but not happy with it and want to return it. Customer services takes ages, I've been waiting for weeks and received 1 email back so far but no refund yet. This is ridiculous, customers should have the right to get a refund and not wait for ever

The bra hook patch part came unattached. Useless for me without it. Not going to order from here again!

Great experience, love the smoothing leggings, I can finally wear short skirts without worrying about patchy tan marks or strawberry legs.

This company scams you! There are no refunds issued (even when they say ‘keep the goods , we’ll refund anyway). Very poor quality bras, nothing like they advertise and sizing is poor too. Customer service ignore all your request for a refund. Now having to contact my bank to raise this. PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE

Terrible service. They told me it takes 3-5 days for delivery in Europe. It took over three weeks to arrive. Coming from China. I sent an email to ask where my parcel is and why is coming from China not Europe as it states. Never got a reply. The quality of the swimsuit is horrible. I used the measurements given to determine the size. And it was super short and didn't fit my torso. But the size fit. So dimensions of the products are completely wrong. Waste of money! DO NOT BUY!

Disappointing! Products are not something special for the price and company doesn’t follow the refund policy. I have sent them 3 emails and the only email that I have got back is to charge me if I want to return the product.I have sent them the link that says that is free of charge and the link they have shared with me is not working!

I can’t get any prepaid return label. I am looking for the next steps on how to get my money back.
