At last, a wire-free bra that provides perfect support! Soft and comfortable, with wide straps and well-defined cups that lift and shape the bust beautifully while offering excellent coverage on the sides. And it does all this without pinching, irritating, or causing any discomfort. Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommended!
Plus, it's very reasonably priced for a product of such excellent quality! And no, nobody is paying me for this review. 😊

I really wanted to like this product, especially given the claims made in LeiShape's marketing. Unfortunately, my experience has been very different.

I only tried the bra on once, and it immediately became clear that it was not suitable for me. The band cuts into my skin, while at the same time the bra slides down and does not stay securely in place. It is also extremely heavily padded and feels very bulky. Overall, it did not deliver the fit, comfort, support or performance I expected based on the product description and marketing.

I contacted LeiShape to request a return. To be fair, the customer service was initially kind and responsive and offered me either a replacement in another size or a 50% refund to keep the product. However, I did not want either option and clearly explained that I wanted to return the product for a full refund.

Since then, the experience has become very frustrating.

I have contacted LeiShape repeatedly by email and WhatsApp and have received no response. I have even sent photographs through WhatsApp showing that the bra has only been tried on and is unused, with the original packaging intact. I am simply asking for the return instructions and return address.

This is particularly concerning because LeiShape's own policy states that returns are accepted within 30 days, and their website says return instructions are provided within 24–48 hours. I contacted them within the return period, yet I am now left waiting while the clock continues to run.

I hope LeiShape resolves this promptly, but at this point the lack of response is considerably more concerning to me than the disappointing product itself.

I got 3 products and followed the sizing recommendations on the website for all of them. The jelly-sculpt bra is great, got and S and it's true to size, it's very comfortable, I would probably buy more. The BareSculpt™ Strapless Invisible Bra runs small - I was again suggested a size S based on their conversion chart but it's a very tight fit, I'm hoping it will stretch a bit with use, because I am sure the return process is probably a nightmare and not worth it. The third product I got is the Strapless Front Closure Bra, this time the suggested size was M, so I went with it and it's a good fit around the band but runs a bit large in the cups. I have to say I am impressed with the support of this one though. Shipping speed was OK - it took about 10 days from when I ordered to receiving the items. Giving 3 stars because the conversion charts don't seem to be entirely reliable and I think that's very important when ordering bras, also sizing seem to vary a lot between models.

I saw an advert on facebook and was quite interested so I ordered. I'm happy with the product and I did an order for my sister too. The fits were exactly our size. I'm making a second order for the both of us.

What I would suggest is making a bra which can clip on from the front as it would be helpful for women like myself with rheumatoid arthritis or with chronic pain.

DO NOT BUY! They do not respond to emails. I wanted to return my order and they told me that it is possible but when I sent the pictures of my order they did not answer anymore. It has now been a month and I have not been able to get a refund.

I ordered three strapless invisible bras, they did not work at all. I have a bigger chest so the bra did not stay up at all, even with the attachable straps. They also don’t become seamless with the straps since it creates a wired crease where you attach it. I used one during the day and when I took it off I had burn marks/wounds under it where it had been slipping and chafed.

On the website they promise a refund if you are not satisfied. When I wrote to them, they first of all took 2 weeks to answer, they only sent an automated answer asking the reason for the return (which they also said on the website that you didn’t need). But I explained why, even though I had already done so, and then it took them another week or so to send the exact same automated answer. Extremely frustrating.

Order the 3 for 2 offer. I was sent all the same colour rather than the 3 different ones requested. Have emailed and there no reply. So unlikely to get a refund. Incredibly poor customer service.

Don't waste your money or fall for the 'looks good, great product' style advertising. The product is of poor quality and the customer service seems to be almost non existent. I have been trying to get a refund for a month now and still no one is responding despite doing everything that their refund policy requires.

Customer service is horrible. I followed the measurement chart exactly, but the bras did not fit me at all. I have now emailed their customer service twice asking to return them for a refund and have had no response either time.

The bra is super comfortable, hols up my breasts and I have a nice cleavage. Not very sexy but very practical. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely order another one.

I wish I could give no stars. Customer service is not responsive and they try not to give your money back if you request a return.

I was really excited to try these jeans out, but unfortunately is not worth £70. You could get something better from brands like H&M, Pull and Bear, Primark, Bershka, Stradivarius, definitely Zara, for better quality and even less money. It has no labels and is ill-fitted, not what they advertise.

I have tried to proceed with a return, as the waist is big for an xs and is quite short even though I am 5''4 so it should be perfect for my height; the quality is not as expected. When I requested a return, the customer service representatives responded and then proceeded to ghost me, even though I have sent multiple emails to get updates. Please don't trust this website; save your money and buy something worth your hard-earned money.

The expectation was not fulfilled at all and the overall experience was disappointing, because the bra does not hold my breasts as demonstrated in the your ads... and to make it worse, the upper cup edge sticks out, which looks bad...

I didn’t receive the order, after contacting them that it was delivered to a non existent location- no answer. Filing a chargeback claim with my bank

Not worth the cost- minimally supportive and creates total uniboob!! That’s a no from me!

I wish I had checked this website before buying. :( I wanted to return the products, but they are not responding at all. So don’t expect to get your money back - it’s basically a scam.

Nice and fast response from the support. Need to change the size and they managed pretty fast all the process.

Also, I highly recommend the product. It's very good.

Don't trust this company. The item was much delayed and faulty. When I tried to send it back and asked for instructions on how to do so, I was ignored completely. So now I have a bunch of bras that don't fit and I can't send back
