Great environment, good information high quality equipment super professional optomitrist

My wife and I had our two yearly regular eye tests and Sabrina's expertise and knowledge as usual was absolutely brilliant.

Coupled with this the store manager (Mark) gave his usual FIRST CLASS customer service.

Have been coming here for 14 years now and will always return because this company is amazing !!!

I would really like to say a heartfelt thank you to Natasha, the manager at Leightons Hempstead Valley.

I recently visited with my son, who has Down Syndrome, Autism and other additional complex needs, and we had an issue that was causing me some concern. Natasha was incredibly understanding, patient and reassuring. She took the time to listen to me, understood my concerns and went out of her way to make sure the matter was resolved.

What really stood out to me was the kindness and understanding she showed towards both myself and my son. When you have a child with additional needs, having someone who is patient, compassionate and willing to listen can make such a difference.

Natasha provided exceptional customer service and made me feel genuinely listened to and supported. She is a real credit to Leightons and deserves recognition for the way she handled the situation.

Thank you, Natasha, for taking the time to help us and for making what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier. It really meant a lot. ❤️

The staff, Ali and Gaz the opticians Jackie at the desk and Sarah the manager were all friendly and helpful. They had no problem with altering my appointment time on the day when something held me up. Everyone is helpful and calm . A happy team and an organised clean shop. Highly recommend their treatment plan too .

Unreal £735 lenses quote, i received a very professional eye test, but at the end i was shocked to get a £735 quote for a pair of lenses. I found them elsewhere at £220.

Leighton Fareham- child (13) eye exam. All of the staff friendly & the eye exam was on time no waiting around. Would not go anywhere else!

I had a fantastic experience at Layton’s Eye & Hearing Clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. Both the eye and hearing tests were carried out by highly professional and engaging members of the team.

The staff who helped me choose my frames and lenses were equally attentive and gave great advice, including explaining the available plan, which really helped take the sting out of the cost!

Everyone went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Layton’s. A genuinely excellent experience from start to finish.

Very good Opticians, good range of frames and very friendly, knowledgeable staff

I ordered my first pair of spectables in about 12 years from Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They organized an appointment where a very patient optician took my measurements. The new glasses themselves are fantastic. They make my heavy computer work so much easier. My only gripe - and it is a very minor one is that they said the new glasses would be ready in 1 week when in fact it took 2 weeks to arrive. This was not an big issue for me because I simply carried on using my existing pair of glasses.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, everything ecplained. Prices are very reasonable, which was surprising. Some lovely frames at great prices.
