I had a problem with a re-occurring subscription for consultation and, finally, was able to get this waived. It took (3) phone calls and a total of ~60 minutes on the phone to get this resolved. Finally, a very kind representative contacted me back and agreed to waive the subscription charge. I was very thankful!
