Great service

The lads in customer service couldn't have been more helpful in getting me sorted with the right gear as I'm new to bikes. I had heard of this place through a couple of friends and I'm glad I took the trip out to Lee. Class shop and a very nice selection of stuff.

The worst service I've ever received

I bought a pair of helmet with them, but they needed to order it because they didn't have it there (that was fine. It was informed before I pay).
The person said it would get there in 3/5 days, but every time I called them (at the last day of this range of date) they increase the range of date (3/5, then 5/7, then 7/10 days,...) and always being really rude on the phone.

REALLY GONE DOWNHILL

spent over 5k with this lot over a number of years, service dropped off disastrously recently, booked bike in for valve clearances only and they did the whole 32k service ! €200 wasted, then the zip failed on my oxford panniers which have a lifetime guarantee as confirmed by oxford, despite having proof of purchase a girl told me on the phone (as she was coached in the background) 'we don't honour oxford lifetime warranties' ? When i emailed and threatened the small claims court they said they would 'have a look at it'. I recently tried to use their online retail thing and they have thrown their toys out of the pram and locked my account !
For god's sake grow up!
