Making a purchase was very easy with Ulefone and I received my phone within 2 days, this was amazing. The phone it's self is a brilliant product and is serving me well. I highly recommend Ulefone. Thank for a great product at a fair price and service.

Perfect communication, everything was easy to handle and all sorted in 24H

Delivery came from somewhere in Ireland so it arrived in just a 2 days. This was better than expected.

The tablet we ordered, Armor Pad 4 Ultra Thermal, is really nice for the price. The additional features such as 5G, and thermal camera, even call recording are all really useful.

On the other hand the additional Sound Kit is not worth the extra €65. Audio from it sounds like someone playing sounds from an old analogue phone. You also cannot turn off the built-in RGB LEDs. It randomly disconnects from the tablet - which is more of a mercy given the awful sound quality. It doesn't have any other features (bluetooth, battery) that make it any more useful than a tablet stand.

All that said, if you haven't bothered with the Sound Kit, you'll have a great time with the tablet.

Everything is simply brilliant: the tablet arrived quickly and was well packaged. It looks very sturdy. It’s heavy—it takes a bit of getting used to—but I’m completely satisfied with it. I haven’t had a chance to test it fully yet, but I switched on the projector and was impressed by the quality: even in daylight, the image was clear and bright. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the lack of a protective glass or film on the screen.

Swift delivery

I bought this from Italy and everything went smoothly. The only thing to be aware of is that the charger comes with a UK plug, so keep that in mind. Delivery with UPS was excellent and very fast. The price is practically the same as buying from AliExpress, but since it ships within Europe, it’s much quicker and all taxes are already included at checkout.

Great prices, European supply, fast shipping. Paying with PayPal was a bit glitchy first time and didn't work but with second try no problem.

Very good quality product. I have tablet Ulefon pad 5 ultra. Amazing. Projector is really good idea with tablet , for evening relaxing time.

Phone was good quality until turned on and starts randomly restarting, off/on button randomly doesn't work, and on pixel is broken. Whoever runs the back up seems to ignore every single email.

Ordered on a Sunday and had it in my hand on Tuesday. No messing about. The phone was recommended by a tech guy friend and I can't believe how good it is. Rugged, solid, loudest speaker, screen like a tv. I love it and will recommend it to all of my friends.

A true rugged tablet (Armor Pad 2) that's feature pack. Boot up as fast as my wife's iPad air. Screen is bright and with accurate colours.
Can be heavy for some, but that more due to the built in protection case.
The camp light is a very useful feature.

The phone comes with great specs. However, after a few hours of usage, it started to lag and unresponsive at times. I wouldn't recommend it.

The phone is a brick to heavy and is to big it is not a practical phone for construction and a lot of apps on it which is no benefit to most people I don't know who this phone would suit if you are going to the amazon maybe.
