Bike seems to work good

Bike seems to work good. Couple issues with break rubbing and prior damage to paint coming out the box prior to use. Seat is very hard and uncomfortable. Will be switching it out

I have a bad gearbox in a Lectric One…

I have a bad gearbox in a Lectric One and it's difficult finding support to resolve this quickly. I had to send two emails and finally told I need to contact tech support! Order #1289270. I will update my review if we can get this resolved.

For a first time buyer of an e bike

For a first time buyer of an e bike, I did my research and found your company to be the most helpful throughout the entire process. From listing the perfect bikes for me, providing detail information about the bikes ,their maintenance and rideability. Ordering, Purchasing and Delivery was easy and efficient.

Great customer service.

So far we are very satisfied with our bikes. I got the bike and wife got the trike.
The trike was missing the front fender when it arrived. But I contacted customer service and they shipped a replacement quickly.
Very happy with the help.

It arrived on time

It arrived on time, and extremely will packed.
I put it together without any instructions.

That is one thing I do not like, going on line to get the instructions. I am not that great on the phone.

All in all I give them a big 5 stars

The chain was off on one of the bikes

The chain was off on one of the bikes. I called customer service who transferred me to tech service. I spent 1/2 on hold and no one picked up. I need someone to call me to fix this. It’s obvious the chain was never put on before shipment. 847-363-8795

First it took me awhile to read about…

First it took me awhile to read about ebikes. When i found Lectric and studied further, they are for sure the fairest for what you get. Lectric 2.0 lite is very comfortable and fast. I was super happy. Ordering was simple and fast. Also I've really enjoyed the videos of anything you have a question about. I'm so happy that I picked Lectric. I feel comfortable and at ease knowing I made the right choice.

When my XP4 arrived I was really nervous when I opened it. Ive heard so many complaints about scratches from shipping. Mine was perfect! Easy setup and I love it!

There purchase was easy

There purchase was easy, the delivery as sooner than expected, the assembly of the bike was easy, the first ride was amazing. Already over 150 miles!

It was harder to put together than…

It was harder to put together than advertised. The box was really beat up but nothing broken Otherwise a good experience so far. Would recommend the trike to all.

Never got what I ordered

Never got what I ordered. My order was stolen in transit. $1500 item should require insurance. Something of that value should only be delivered when recipient is at home. I have not been refunded the amount or sent a replacement, let alone gotten any correspondence in regards to Lectric eBikes filing a claim with FedEx.

Bike came with a broken part

Bike came with a broken part, and I notified customer service. I don’t know where to find the serial number as requested. So, I have not been able to get the broken part replaced and the bike put together to ride. Very disappointing.

OK Trike, but some problems and broken promises

Pretty good E-trike. BUT 1. Clattering in the rear, after only 40 miles. Why? 2. Control unit housing is cracked and does not fasten tightly. NEED A NEW ONE. 3. Salesman and Manager Brett both promised a seat without the tall back, over a month ago. No seat has arrived.

Pedego is better, no surprise. Even Mooncool is better. This is my fifth E-trike. I've been around the block, up the mountain pass, and back. The best thing about Lectric is that it folds up the smallest.

Bike is amazing

Bike is amazing. Set up was easy. It feels sturdy and responsive. The interfaces are intuitive. Only sticking point is that frame is larger than most third party "bike frame accessories" expect so you'll need to be careful when purchasing off-brand saddle bags or toddler seats. Still workable, just need to keep a closer eye on product imensions. My only regret is not getting the 2 battery upgrade - not because I need the extra range, but because the two extra addons it comes with (Orbiter and saddle bags) alone cover the entire cost of the upgrade.

That is an incredibly helpful observation! Since we build our frames to be extra sturdy and house the internal electronics, they do have a more robust profile than a standard analog bike.

It’s great advice for the community to double-check those dimensions before grabbing third-party gear. We also totally hear you on the Long Range package! Those extra accessories definitely add a ton of value right out of the gate.

We bought 2 bikes as it was advertised…

We bought 2 bikes as it was advertised that it can go up to 80km but our battery drained out after around 42km. One of the bikes have gear problem and I contacted customer service and received no response. Very disappointing
