In fact, I will recommend friends and family but with the caution to questioning them for clear explanations about their terms of conditions especially the insurance policies for commercial car leasing.
However, their cars are well maintained and peace of mind guaranteed.

I bought my car just over 2 years ago, the service from front door to garage door has been second to none!!!!
Would I use them again? Yes as a matter of fact I have asked them to look for a specific vehicle for me. If they can and give me the service I got last time they will more than deserve their 5 stars, at the moment poised on 4!!

I want to recommend this company to everybody , they work like experts, if you want to buy a verry good car , this is the right place.All what you have to do is to apply for a car and in 2 week's you can drive away . Thank you Lease2buy ,5 star from me.

Have just picked up my 1st car today from lease2buy. From the first point of contact till picking up car has been excellent, have been kept up to date every step of the way. The car is what was described in advert, would even say it looked better than expected. The guys in the office were pleasant and professional and explained everything in detail and answered every question that was asked. I would definitely recommend to use. Will be using them myself again 😀👍

Having received many email updates which I subscribed too over a 6/12 month period showing Lease2Buy cars I finally jumped on a airoplane, train, bus and a taxi having teavelled up from the South of England with my wife and I purchased one and I have to say it was very painless and a simple process with very helpfull staff who went through everything including all the paperwork in detail and the car was as per their pictures & discription which was excellent.
The drive home was a pleasure so well done to Lease2Buy and thier staff.

I would recommend lease2buy to anyone. Everyone is really helpful and friendly even to the point that I recently had a change in my circumstances due to work being quiet and had to miss a few payments and although this happened my details were passed onto a gentleman called Bert Salisbury who quickly resolved the matter for me and now has everything back in order. Can't thank him enough really.

Can't speak highly enough of the staff especially Suzanne who was overwhelmed on collection day but soldiered on regardless as for the car couldn't be happen it's in showroom condition with less miles than my Bicycle 100% A 1 service WILL DEFO USE AGAIN IN FUTURE

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lease2buy, a van and a car. On both occasions I received excellent customer service from all the office staff. The process of buying the vehicles when accepted is smooth and painless. Aftercare is also excellent as they are just a phone call away and sort things quickly. Highly recommended and cant wait to upgrade my current car when able to do so.

the loan application process was smooth and viv was lovely. on driving my vehicle home there was a strong vibration through the steering wheel when the brakes were applied and the air con did not work even though their vehicle comes with a full service, mot and free from fault.
I took this vehicle to two different garages who stated the discs were warped and the vehicle was not safe to drive. the vehicle has a 30 day warranty for repair if you take it to their garage in Irvine but I live 372 miles away and had no way of transporting it there so I had to have it done locally and pay half the costs at £135 on top of the deposit I has already paid for the car.
when the garage took the wheel off they found the hub nut welded to the drive shaft for extra safety as a claim by them. this is not how the vehicle should of been repaired and now I have to have the drive shaft replaced at my own cost.

I have just purchased my third car from Lease2buy, and it will be my last!!! It used to be a great family type of business, well that ethos is seriously in the past for them now.

The collected car was not as advertied and had faults. I have tired for a week with phone calls and email sent/made and still no answer.

I am seriously disappointed in the post sales customer service and would no longer be recommending this company to any friends/family members.

Everyone very helpful, and offered great service
