Just picked up my 2nd car through lease2buy. I would like to thank everyone in the office for their outstanding professionalism and look forward to spending many more years using their service. Found them very straightforward to deal with.

Wasn't sure at first if this was the right way to buy a car but after talking at length with the friendly and helpful staff at Lease2buy, it was a no brainer.
Chose the car of my dreams (mini paceman) and found I could make repayments that were suited to me personally.
Am very pleased I went to Lease2buy and would recommend them.

Great company. very useful only one down thing is that there is no option to drive abroad by their cars. I think they need to sort it out as the car can be seized by the authorities abroad.

Just took delivery of my new Mini Countryman and I am delighted with it !
I had a deal over 18 months with an option to purchase or renew at the end.
I found the staff quite strait forward, although it did take a couple of days longer to complete than I had hoped.
The big difference I would say is that you are dealing direct and they make their own decisions.

I would definitely recommend this company. Couldn't really ask for better service.

Started of very well with Brian. Offered a car within my budget actually offering a car better then I'd hoped for and matching the price to fit. All went well with finance and payout. Then problems started. Was told my car would be ready within a week. Emailed the day before to be told that car wasn't ready as was at body shop was told would be another few days. Contacted again a few days later to be told that a part needed ordered and my car wouldn't be ready till the Friday. Finally got the car on the 24th of march. 4 weeks after first applying and 3 weeks after payout was made. Once I received the car I noticed a few things and emailed back to question the items I'd noticed but am still waiting for a response 4 days later! Not a bad company and will use again. Just could be a little more forthcoming with information instead of having to chase for answers

Picked my car up on Wednesday Astra 2.0 CDTI elite. Gordon and his team were always very helpful and professional when dealing with our sale. Always happy to help and give advice. Would recommend to family and friends. So happy with our car. Thanks Gordon

I recently took delivery of a Vx Insignia Sri from lease2buy.
Previous to this,i spent quite a bit of time looking at other lenders as i have had a few bad credit issues in the past.Personally,i found that you could discuss things with them and they were quite honest,almost blunt,at times in regards to not promising things they could not deliver.
My car and experience was very good,though it took longer than i had hoped.The total re-payable is quite alot but i intend to change for new when i have reached the half way point.
I think you have to be realistic as to the market place and give credit where its due.

I turned to lease2buy when I was looking online for a quick fix for a car and found the process easy and quick! I never had any problems with or from the company until a mishap/misunderstanding with my first payment. A simple misunderstanding. But leads me to be able relate to some of the reviews regarding lack of customer service or customer care. This issue was sorted and since that time i have had no issues at all. I would always recommend people to go here if they have a need for a car because they have a great choice of cars and plans and can help 99% of people. My only issue is now I am considering contacting the company to discuss a car hand back which is not ideal but my girlfriend is now pregnant with twins, we have just had to buy a new house and between the cost of twins, deposit for a house And higher commuting coats now and my girlfriend having to stop working as she is self employed and will receive not maternity of any kind, the cost of the car is something I may not be able to continue and my girlfriend has a finance free car which we would use instead. This is not through choice but circumstances change and mines have changed dramatically and hope this can be solved amicably and cost free as I'm more than 50% through my term. I will post a review in regards to how this is dealt with and hopefully someone who finds themselves facing a similar position to myself will find it useful.

We have used Lease2Buy for the last 5 and a half years and always found them to be professional and helpful. Not this time lease is due to end in August so we contacted them saying we wanted to take on a new car.
At first they were very helpful, just as we have come to expect, then came the sting.... we can't offer you the same deals and you have to go through a finance company now. We knew the answer before they even bothered writing - No chance.
All we can get from Lease2Buy is that the rules have changed, why doesn't their website reflect this.
We have never missed a payment and this would have been our third car with them so I am afraid the rating has gone from 5 stars to 2 stars .

My experience with lease2buy was nearly plain sailing I just couldn't make my mind up what I wanted, there was a Mercedes AMG what I really wanted but I thought it was way out my price range, but Gordan and Brian reduced it slightly because they wanted to keep me happy, and they certainly did that.....so I'm now the owner of a stunning Mercedes.......thank you Gordan, Brian and Viv for finally getting me into a car which I love.....without you guys wouldn't of been possible!!!!! See you in about 3 years time 👍👍👍

I'v been buying my cars from lease2buy for 7 years now, maybe I'll get the next one free lol. Same staff now as it was 7 years ago they treat me like family and every car I've had has been great. Keep it up team Lease2buy.

Excellent after care service had a mechanical issue with the car and this was repaired right away with no hassle . I felt the only downside was we only got one set of keys.

Very helpful, everything was so simple and even got the car delivered on a Saturday morning, will defo be using them again 👍🏼

All I can say is experiencing is Believing! The process from beginning to end took exactly 14 days. Its that quick! This was my 1st time leasing a Car and I can say it was so stress free. Gordon and Vivian were always at the end of phone to answer my endless queries. You will need to secure fully comp insurance before the collection or delivery of your Vehicle. ALL at Lease2buy were great and keep great communication with you at every stage.

Absolute brilliant helpfull service cant speak any higher of how well and helpfull they were to my situation thanks guys
