Giovanni is a briliant teacher. Always friendly and patient, he brings positivity and encouragement to every lesson. His lessons are well organised with a good balance of reading, writing, listening and oral exercises. Giovanni helped me overcome my nerves and prepare for the B1 Cittadinanza exam, which I passed this year.

Giovanni is an attentive teacher! I told him the way in which I learn more easily and he catered our sessions completely to me. He even covered half of the lesson in a Southern dialect that I really wanted to grasp. Not many teachers offer this, I am so grateful that Giovanni went the extra mile to help me. He has a great sense of humour which made the lessons so much fun! I felt challenged and saw a real progression in my Italian and especially my confidence as that was what I was lacking. Initially l requested Giovanni for an intensive refresher class before a very important assignment in Italy.
Giovanni was able to design a dynamic and effective syllabus which further helped my understanding of the Italian language and culture.
On top of that, the classes were so much fun, my husband decided to join the sessions when we started to chat about Italian cuisine. Giovanni is also a gifted chef who is passionate about his craft. He taught us some new exciting Italian recipes and ‘insider Chef tricks’ to create fabulous dishes.

I have been learning Italian with Giovanni for the last two years, at my rhythm and with a lot of thoughtfulness from him. A good Italian boy.
I am a 23 year old boy, enrolled in a master's degree in a prestigious Italian university and I chose Giovanni to improve my English since the courses offered by the university were in English and to prepare me for the English exam I had to take as a course. The preparation that Giovanni offered me was excellent and above all useful for passing the English exam and enhancing my English level. Giovanni is a super helpful guy and very flexible with schedules despite his workload. Finally, with his Italian sympathy, Giovanni manages to make the working hours not heavy and light, making sure that time passes quickly.

Our son has been enjoying Italian lessons with Giovanni for over 6 months. He makes the lessons interesting and his reward based teaching works well with our son.
