You’re the only people that I trust to give the real facts !!!

I was with Toby and Heidi since 2019, following on YouTube than on Patreon, and then Learning Crypto. They have always been the most genuine and down to earth online Crypto influencer. I have trusted them and learned a lot, I have been a happy member for years, a yearly customer they now call it an Annual Navigator, I enjoyed receiving all the market updates, trade alerts and was able to check satoshi indicator, portfolio and Discord. Didn't need to listen to anyone else, they were super. It was great till I got to the point of renewal, because I was there with them since the beginning I was upgraded to Navigator as a loyalty gesture they didn't raise my rate, also because I paid annually I didn't want to miss out on this kind rate they have kept for long term members like me. Anyhow when the renewal date came it was not possible to renew on the app as a Navigator paying annually and it just said that the account was cancelled, I wrote email to support, membership, concierge, store, hello, none answer ...only a volunteer in Discord answer me, as a last resort I tried him and he was very kind but unfortunately he couldn't help me. Since June 26th 2026 I am no longer a member, I had no intention of leaving and had very much liked to renew and continued enjoying Navigator at my current locked price. Unfortunately none helped me renew my membership and none got back to me. This is why I have given 4 stars, this is important information for customer service improvement I hope you guys remain genuine and reliable. Best wishes to you all.

Heidi and Toby have been in crypto for many years and have great experience to share. Over the years, the quality of content and graphics in their videos and website continues to evolve. They aren't influenced by advertisers. They are sincere and honest people who truly want to help their community succeed and make informed decisions.

I signed up just to learn from the experience of Toby, his takes on the market, his trade alerts and their portfolio.

However instead now they send AI generated thursday update newsletter with data but no insights, have a "team" portfolio, not theirs, a "team" watchlist and some bunch of AI indicators, a portal with a bunch of ref links, not what I signed up. And not worth the money. I how I'm grandfathered in with a lower price, but probably won't renew.

I even stopped watching most of their YouTube videos except those that really contain takes. Toby now does TA (WTF???) and he isn't a TA guy. Ridiculous.

Learning Crypto has been a game changer for this space with some of the most innovative and up to date information allowing people to learn more about cryptocurrency than any other platform. The team has created an amazing community and solid platform.

Both of you are excellent at education and keeping perspective. I trust your objective insight. I am sorry that Heidi got dinged in a montage of influencers shilling Coldcard and generally do not see you pumping products. It looks like Toby's take on the Iran war is playing out while Wall St whistles past the graveyard.
