I’m so impressed with the quality of service from LeakBot,
The engineer was very professional and knowledgeable and he helped to resolve the issue.

Fantastic service. Daniel turned up on time and fixed all even tiny potential leaks. He was friendly and professional with. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the LeakBot service.

They arrived on time and were very friendly and polite. A thorough examination of the of the house was done checking even the minor details for any leaks. They have now sorted out what the problem is and it will be rectified.

This service is provided to me by my insurer, but having experienced it, I would recommend it to anyone who worries about the damage that a leak could cause. A simple internet enabled device is clamed on to your incoming water supply pipe and then you are advised if a leak or high water use is detected. If the problem persists and cannot be resolved at home, they send an engineer to find and fix the fault.

The technician was thorough and explained things as he went along. He answer all my questions and made me feel really great about having a Lwakbot.

LeakBot was provided by my insurance company. What a great service. It is the first time I have used it for someone to come and find the leak. They did, and repaired it. For free. Brilliant.

My phone number had been mistakenly linked to another customer’s account, and the unexpected messages looked like a phishing scam. On this occasion a LeakBot customer made a typing error. LeakBot have now successfully removed my number from that account and updated it with the correct contact details. It was difficult to make contact initially, but once I raised it on Trustpilot the problem was resolved quickly.

The appointment was made very easily for the engineer to call having discussed all the possible causes of leakage over the phone. The engineer turned up on time and was hugely profession - explaining everything and fixing even the smallest leaks and treating our house with utmost respect

Demis was professional and had the utmost respect to my property.
He carried out the job in great detail and replaced items on one of the toilet basin.

Easy booked appointment and two small leaks detected and bits replaced. Very nice competent plumber who filled me with confidence

Technician knew what to do, to find the problem. Fix the problem in a timely matter. Was respectful of property and was friendly.

Trevor was great. He found the leak and fixed it immediately. After that, it was smooth sailing.

Melvin was so nice & really knowledgeable of Leakbot's benefits! He explained everything he was doing to check for a possible leak & moved Leakbot to a better spot for it to detect future leaks. We were relieved that he found no leaks & more importantly, glad for his service call. Puts our minds at ease! Thank you for sending him!

Really informative and reassuring. Gary was a pleasure to have round and have us tips and knowledge. The LeakBot found an imperfection in our kitchen and also Gary identified a risk for our loft tank so resolved that before it became an issue.
