I was skeptical at first because…

I was skeptical at first because LeakBot sent a notice indicating I might have a leak. I initially thought it was due to having visitors for a week. A technician named Jesus was sent to my house. He performed a thorough, professional evaluation and found two toilet flaps leaking. I would have never noticed them myself. He replaced the flaps and left me very satisfied with his professional work.

The techs that have been to my house…

The techs that have been to my house are great and they do a thorough job but I still have a system alarm for over 147 days but there’s nothing wrong in the house. So how do I know when there actually is?? Maybe the bot itself should be replaced??

I had an excellent experience with…

I had an excellent experience with LeakBot. The technician, Carl, who came out yesterday, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough during the inspection of my home. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.

I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care he showed while working in my home. It’s not often you come across service that feels this honest and customer-focused. I would absolutely recommend LeakBot to anyone looking for reliable and professional service!

LeakBot to the rescue

I got a notice on the app that I had a slow leak. I scheduled an appointment. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. There were leaks in 2 toilets that I couldn't detect myself. He replaced parts and fixed everything. Great service and it cost nothing. Glad I have LeakBot.

It picked up a leak far too small for me to detect, but if it had been in a more hidden place it could've caused significant damage before it was detected. Gary, the Leakbot plumber, found and replaced a leaking tap quickly and left no mess. A highly recommended service!

Excellent Service

Certainly worth having. The communication with support and engineer has been outstanding. It’s good to know we have a device that detects leaks, however it can cause extra anxiety. Unfortunately I ignored a second warning after checking what I thought was a tap. It was only when we saw a water mark on the ceiling, that we were alerted to THE leak. I doubt we would have noticed it so then a LeakBot engineer would have been helpful. By then we had to call out our own plumber.
